Dying

I couldn't believe it,it was Atom it couldn't be,I didn't want it to be.On the ground Atom and I didn't talk alot but back in the ark I knew since we were 9 years old and I knew him and Octavia had someone thing special she would be heart broken.

I looked away I didn't want to see him,he had blisters all over his body and blood popping out of it."Kill me,I can't breathe ".That was all I heard before bellamy telling everyone to go back to camp when me and bellamy met eyes with me he had a soft look in eyes he only had that look with octavia only her ,no one else.I was starting to think bellamy had feelings for me.

My brother walked over to me and pulled me into hug .I didn't want to cry to loud but I cried"We should go back to camp" my brother said while looking at me with a sad look" I'm gonna help you ok"I knew Clarke was gonna put him out of his misery it was better for him, he would be in a better place,he wouldn't have to be worried about  getting attacked by grounder or having to worry about getting killed by that acid fog anymore.Clarke hummed a tune while she stuck the knife into his neck and that was it.

The walk back to camp was quiet,no one said a word.When we reached the gate of camp people were coming to the front of the gate I knew Octavia would come out to see her brother but she would get more than that."Jasmine I was worried sick about you"Octavia said while running up to me and giving me a bear hug"Yeah I'm fine" I didn't want to show how sad and upset my face looked but she saw it anyways"what's wrong?"Octavia said looking confused.Clarke walked up next to me "Octavia let's go in the dropship""Wait"Octavia walked over to where the group of teens stood,Octavia's heart would shatter into a million pieces when she sees Atom.

Octavia's pov
I didn't know why jasmine looked so sad did something happen out there.I wanted to know what happened.While I was walking over to Bellamy ,Clarke was trying to hold me back"wait"when I got over there I saw a body with a jacket over it,when I saw the curly brown hair I instantly knew it was Atom.I knew that the acid fog had got him.I had tears in my eyes he was my first love and now he's gone."Octavia I couldn't d-""Don't"I looked at Atom again and cover his face ,"Octavia""Don't "I got up and walked away.While I was walking back to the dropship I walked up to jasmine and hugged her and she hugged be back,I wanted to cry but I needed to stay strong."

While I was fixing up jasper,Clarke walked over to me."Sorry about Atom""I guess we're gonna have to get use to people dying down here"Clarke gave me a a sad smile and walked away.I can't believe he died I loved him and he just got snatched away from me I knew it was an accident and had no one to blame.
