Chapter twelve

Jake

"Armando thank you for the meal, but I think we should be leaving now." I growled.

I quickly had everyone get in there cars, and head back towards the house.
I must have had frown lines appearing on my face, because Connor quickly took a hold of my much bigger hand.

"Jake it'll be okay." Connor gave me a reassuring rub of the hand. I couldn't help but smile in awe at this beautiful creature beside me. How did I ever get so lucky to be able to call him mine?

"Connor you will always be safe with me." I said to him. I just I need him to know.

"Oh Jake of course I know that, and I know that Ava and Brandon will always be safe with you and the gang. We are a family." Connor said before kissing my hand.

We all got back to the house rather quickly, and I know everyone is rather anxious about Sam's threat. But as long as we stay together we are unbreakable.

"Everyone I know with this latest threat we all know we have to step up security and protection for one another. But first let's just remember this is a family, we are all brothers, or lovers here. And I care for each and every one of you so please let's enjoy tonight with one another and we will take charge of this threat tomorrow. We will not sit around like dogs having this affect us Samuel Wood   does not control us." To that I got a few whistles and shouts.

"Jake can we go spend some time together upstairs?" Connor asked batting his eyelashes in a not so innocent way. And who am I to say no?

Axel

Ava and I decided to go up into our room and cuddle. She fell asleep pretty quickly even though SAMs threat is huge I'm glad she can still find safety here within my arms. I will always protect her she is the love of my life, the sun to my earth, the stars to my heaven. She's my everything.

I know Sam wants her, but he can't have her she's mine. And he can't have Brandon he's apart of our family now. He's my brother and Dex's lover.

Samuel Wood needs to leave. There is no place here on this earth for a man like him if he so much as harms anyone of my family members that'll be the end of him and his lousy no good life.

Dex

For what seemed like hours I whispered sweet nothings into my boys ear just so he'd manage to fall back to sleep from his night mares. He knows we can and will protect him. But his trauma inflicted from Sam is still scary as hell to him.

My boy did not deserve this I will kill Sam for what he's done if he comes any where near my flower.

"You hear that Sam Wood we will end you."
