"I need some air" I quickly state before forcing my wings open and heading out the door ignoring everyone's calls. I know grandpa Luca will give me my space and hopefully keep the others away.
I perched on the thick branch of a tree. "This changes everything. We're not ready for a war against them" I mutter tugging at my hair. "That's not it, you're afraid of death" a voice chuckles before a golden winged figure drops into view. "I told you I would be back" he smirks grasping my hair. "How stupid of you to leave unattended, but then again I could have killed them just as easy"
His hand tugged my head back sharply while the other skimmed down my body. "I think I'll take you now and throw you back" he snickered tearing my shirt.
"let them mourn the fact that you're going to die, that there's nothing they can do to stop the child growing within you"
"You're a monster" I screech digging my nails into his face.
"You have no idea, my dear fiance, let me show you the true beast I can become"
