‘JAMES.. JAMES... JAMES... why can't I get him out of my mind? He hurt me , okay? I can't have him back. Were through. I don't love him.’ Ann thought. ‘But— that doesn't mean that he don't love me. Well— Wait! He doesn't. I forgot everything was a bet. Silly me. ‘ Ann thought again.
“ANN!!!” Fretzie, her best friend shouted on her face. Well, she wasn't doing anything okay? She was just looking. Not just looking, but also staring at James' down thingy.
“Why are you staring at James' thing?” Fretzie asked.
“What do you mean 'thing'?” Ann asked all of a sudden.
“The thing on his down. You know.”
“No, I wasn't!” Ann defended herself. But the truth is James noticed it. He was smirking at Ann.
“Why are you so perverted?” Asked James as he went in front of Ann. Ann was blushing madly because of embarrassment.
“I am not. I was thinking. And why the hell are you thinking? I wasn't looking at it! Its even small—“
“Small?”
“Yes. Small. I don't know why a gorge-- I mean Ugly man like you have a small.. small... small whatever!” Ann defended again.
“Aish. Just say that I have a big one.” James said teasingly which made Ann's eyes widen.
“Why you—“
“Ann, James, time to go home.” The assistant said. After that Ann was about to go out, when James held her hand.
“Stop it, James. The press might notice.” Ann whispered while taking her hand off James' grip. But suddenly one of the press notice their hand and began to video it secretly.

Later that night, Ann was watching her favourite show, " Star King " and then while having its commercial break, there was a sudden news.
“We Got Married casts, James Reid and Ann Li. Caught holding hands after taping? What can their status be? So, did Ericka Villongco and James Reid broke up? To get the following news stay tune tomorrow for some more details.” The reporter said. Ann's eyes widen while she was watching it. James, on the other hand, was getting out from the bathroom, topless, because of the sudden scream.
“What's with the screaming?!”
“Did you see the news?! Were featured on it!”
“Of course we are! Were filming a show, duh?”
“What I meant was, the press saw us holding hands, you jerk! Did you saw what it caused?!”
“Why are you so guilty? Just face the fact that you like me. Huh?”
“You're so conceited! You're not even handsome. And plus, you don't even have a big..... big.....Big whatever!”
“Why you—“
“Why are you so guilty? Just face the fact that you don't have a big one.” Ann sarcastically said, copying what James said earlier.
“YAHHHH !! Shut up or I will kiss you!”
“You wouldn't dare!” Ann shouted. But that time there was a silly smile that is planted on James' lips which made Ann backed out.
“Oh, I would.”
“YAHHH—“ James kissed her. Yes. He did. At that time, Ann was amazed. She was amazed by his lips. They were soft. What made her more amaze is that she was replying. Yes. She is. She can't bear not kissing back. His lips were just so irresistible.
Soon after James broke the kiss, they look at each other's eyes. Even James, he was amaze that even the kiss was just a force kiss, she was replying. And he didn't know what feeling he had when he kissed her. It was not the same feeling when he kisses Ericka.
“I'm sorry..” Ann bowed.
“Don’t. It was my fault.”
“ I have to go.” Ann said as she went towards the bed and covered her face with a blanket.
“ C’mon Ann. I said I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to. Don’t be so embarrass.”
“ Go away. How dare you stole my first kiss?!”
“ That was your first kiss? But—“
“ Everything in the shows and movies aren’t real.”
“Well, Is my lips sweet?” James ask as he went in front of her again and neared his face.
“ YAHHHH!!! I’m out of here!”
“But Babeeee!!!”
“Don’t call me babe.”
“ Why? You’re scared that you might fall for me? Huh?”
“No. I’m scared because you might pooped on the floor.”
“ YAHHHH!! Come here this instant!”
“ Uh. Uh. “ Teased Ann. Right after that, Ann tripped. And boom! Her butt landed flat on the floor. While on James, he was laughing like hell. He laughing and laughing and laughing.
“ Laugh all you want. I’m out of here. “ Said Ann as she made her way towards the door. But before she could finally get out, James hugged her from her back. Which startled her.
“ Heyyy. I’m sorry Babeeee. I won’t do it again. “ Ann admit she was touched. And while James was hugging her, she can’t deny the fact that, she’s really smiling. Like hell.
“Quit smiling.” James said teasingly. ‘Can he read minds?’ Ann asked in her thoughts.
“I can’t read minds, don’t worry. It’s pretty obvious that your smiling.”
“ How can a man like you be so conceited?”
“ I wasn’t. I was just stating a fact.” There, James removed his hands.
“Just go to sleep.” Ann said as she marched towards their bed. Yes. Their. James also followed her. Take note, he even hugged her from behind. Isn’t that so sweet? For us, yes. But for Ann, a capital NO.
“ARGH. Can you just sleep?”
“Why? It’s so fun hugging you. It felt like I’m hugging a bear.” James said playfully while hugging her tighter. So, Ann just let him. While sleeping, James suddenly moved his lips without him knowing. He was moving his head towards her neck. Ann suddenly felt it, she tried to struggle. But James was still sleeping while hugging he tight. Yes. He’s sleeping. He doesn’t know what his doing. While that was happening, flashbacks started to run into her mind. It wasn’t the flashback thingy with Yi Shuan, but something else. It was her experience a year ago. Before she went back to Korea, she used to live in London.
There, she met her first boyfriend. Well, not a boyfriend. Probably, it’s like what they call M.U. (Mutual Understanding) . That was the time she experience being nearly raped. She thought her so-called boyfriend was nice, but soon after that night, he began to harass her. She was crying that time. She had nothing to do but to cry. But luckily, she was saved when a house keeper checked her room.
That was her experience. It’s been hunting her every time she felt a boy’s breathe in her neck. It was a terrible experience from her. After regaining all those memories, she didn’t know that she was hitting James.
HARD.
That made James woke up. “What happened?” He asked her. Just then, he heard soft sobs coming from her. He opened the lamp and saw Ann filled with tears. He tried to hold her arms but she struggled and went to the corner of the room hugging her knees.
“Ann? What’s with the sudden crying? Did you have a nightmare?” James asked her, but still, she isn’t replying. James still tried to hold her arm, but again, Ann struggled.
“Can you go away first, James?” There, Ann spoke. But sobs were visible. James can’t do anything but to just go on the couch to sleep.
