Chapter 2

It's early Friday morning. I'm at Alaina's house with Becca waiting for her to get all her stuff.

"Sorry it took me so long!" She says carrying her one luggage bag "had to say goodbye to everyone!"

"It's alright, we're still on schedule." I say as we load her stuff into my car.

"NYC boundddd!" We yell as I pull out of Alaina's driveway.

It's only a 2 and a half ish drive to NYC.

About half-way through the car ride Becca asked, "Wait, why'd we leave so early if it's such a short drive?"

"Because of traffic and NYC is usually jamed" I say.

The next hour in the car was quiet.

"We're hereeee!" I yell as pull into our hotel.

"Finallyyyy!" Becca and Alaina say.

We unload our stuff onto one of the bell-carts and checked in.

We had a pretty amazing view of NYC.

So we put our luggage in our room and decided to explore NYC for a little, since we'd be exploring for another three days before the show.

"So what are you guys thinking about wearing for the show?" Alaina asks.

"I haven't thought that far yet, haha" Becca says

"Uhm, I don't probably just a tshirt and underarmour shorts." I say.

"Julie.....no...." Alaina says.

"I'm kidding, I'm kidding, I actually have an outfit picked out." I say

"What is it?" Becca asks.

"You'll just have to wait and see." I say. I'm not really a girly girl so dressing up isn't my favorite thing to do

We have dinner at some restaurant in Times Square. It was soo good!

"Ready to head back and crash for the night?" I ask as we leave the restaurant.

"Yeah, since we have another 3 days here." Becca says.

So we head back to hotel and get ready for bed.

"This weekend is probably gonna be so packed." I say

"Ugh, I know." Alaina says.

"Oh, I never though of that." Becca says, "why didn't we just come Monday?"

"Because I was thinking we might run into some of the contestants from AGT!" I say.

"Like Collins?" Alaina asks winking at me.

"Alright, I'm going to bed, night Becca and Alaina." I say.

"Way to change the subject!" Alaina yells.

The next 4 days should be fun. Yay.
