Chapter 17

---Chapter 17---

*Julie's P.O.V*

We've been on tour for two weeks now.

It's really amazing.

I've been to states I've never been to before.

Like where we are today, Houston, TX.

I haven't been feeling very good the past few days so Anne is driving me to the hospital.

*Collins' P.O.V*

The show in Texas was about to start.

There was no sign of Julie or my mom in the audience.

I was worried.

"Collins, the show must go on." My dad said.

"Coming." I say going over to the stage entrance.

I went on stage not very energetic.

I faked smiled.

Well, that is until I saw my mom and Julie come down the lane and get their seats.

The show, after that, was amazing.

After the show I saw Julie on the phone backstage talking to someone.

"...yeah......I don't know, yet.......Almost three weeks." I overhear her say.

Almost three weeks? What is she talking about?

"I will, bye." She says, hanging up.

"Is everything okay?" I ask her.

"Uhm, no. There's something I need to tell you." She says.

"What is it? You can tell me anything." I say.

"I am uh......" She says nervously, "I'm pregnant."

"You're what?!" I ask.

I couldn't believe it.

Julie's pregnant.

"Im pregnant." She says, "I'm sorry, Collins. I never meant for this to happen."

"Who's the father?" I ask.

"Tyler. You don't know him. We dated until two days before I left for NYC, to see you."
She says.

"Does he know?" I ask. My mind was spinning.

"....no...." She says.

"You might want to call him." I say.

"I know, but I'm afraid." She says.

"Of what?" I ask.

"Everything." She says.

"C'mon lets go call him." I say.

I am mad she cheated on me but I need to help her through this.

"Hey Tyler there's uhm something I need to tell you." She says as she puts him on speakerphone.

"What is it?" He asks.

"I am uh, I'm pregnant." She says.

"You're what?!" He says.

"And you're the father." She says.

"Shit, Julie. My mom is gonna be so pissed." He says.

"Hey it's not my fault!" She says.

"Y'know what? Good luck raising the baby by yourself. I'm 17. I'm too young for this!" He says.

"I'm younger then you are!" She says getting aggravated, "and it's our baby. You can't just do that."

"Yes, I can." He says hanging up on her.

Julie instantly starts crying.

I put my arm around her so she knows I'm here for her.

"Why aren't you mad at me? I thought you would have told me to leave the tour." She says in between sniffling.

"Well know that Tyler doesn't want to be in the baby's life, then I might as well take his spot. I know it's not mine and that we're both too young for this, but hey, I'll be by your side every single way of this." I say.

She continues to cry.

"I still love you, Julie." I say giving her a kiss on her forehead.

Well, the tour just got even more interesting.

When we get back onto the tour bus Julie says, "Collins, I never meant for this to happen. I swear. I've always said I wanted to wait till marriage but I don't even know what happened. And honestly, I'm really happy you didn't tell me to leave. I don't know what I would've done. I love you."

After she said that, I knew it was the right time to give her the ring I had purchased back in California.

No, not an engagement ring.

But I wanted to trick her.

"Well, with that said I have a question for you." I say getting the ring box out of my pocket, "will you marry me?"

"Collins, are you serious?" She asks.

"No, I'm totally kidding." I say, laughing.

"Jesus, Collins!" She says, hitting me, "the pregnancy hormones are all over the place at the moment. So, don't do that again."

"I'm sorry. I won't." I say, "but seriously here's a ring I got for you. Just to show how much I appreciate you."

I put the ring on her finger.

"Thank you, Collins, for everything." She says giving me a kiss.

Today was very eventful.

Hoping the rest of the tour isn't always gonna be like this.
