"No, Amanda. They didn't lie. I'm sorry that I didn't tell you when I found out. Your mother wanted me to give this to you on your eighteenth birthday.", Prowl handed me a journal with the name 'Lavanna' carved into the cover, "I didn't want to tell you because if you knew, you'd be killed by one of my enemies. Now that you do know, I'm afraid I'll loose you a second time."

"Thank you.", I said and hugged his servo, "I love you, Dad."

Prowl smiled, "I love you too, Lava."

I walked around detroit and took certain detours to get to my favorite spot; the forest. Like Prowl says, nobody slows down and stops to enjoy the nature. I smiled as I stood in front of the forest. I walked inside and along the path that I always take. I know this forest backwards and forwards. Try putting me in the middle of the forest and I can be out in 15 minutes.

I crouched down next to a bush and watched as a snake sneak up on a small mouse. I gasped as the snake at the mouse whole.

"Nature never stops facinating me.", I whispered, the snake clung onto a branch and slithered away.

I heard foorsteps and looked around for anyone. I didnt see anything, I used my thermal energy visor and spotted a cybertronian. I gasped and turned off the visor. I climbed up a tree and stayed there. The bot was soon right underneath me. I smirked amd took out my bow and arrows. I never leave home without 'em.

I grabbed an arrow and attached a note to it saying 'come find me'. I attached it to the arrow and let go. The arrow hit it's target. He gasped.

"Someone is here.", he whispered and took out his weapon.

I snickered and watched as my dad jumped at every movement made by the deer. He's such a scaredy bot. I quietly climbed down so I was a few inches above him and pounced. I growled playfully as I landed on him. He grabbed me and put me in his sight, I smirked as his optics widened.

"Lavanna?", he asked, surprised.

"Yep.", I replied, assuming it was me, "I got ya didnt I?"

"Yes, yes you did. I was looking for you.", Dad said.

"What for?", I asked.

"I'm going on a mission soon and I need you to be at base.", Dad answered.

"Okay. I'll head back now.", I said and walked beside Dad.

We got to the base not long after I jumped on him. I waved goodbye to my dad, the other bots, and Sari. I sat on the couch and watched TV while they were gone. Not too long after they left, someone walked in. I turned around and almost screamed, the lights went out before I could.

Prowl POV

We finished the mission and found the fragment that Sari's key detected. We came back in to the base and I noticed something odd, something unusual. The TV was on, but no one was watching it.

"Andy?", I called out, nothing.

"Andy!", Sari yelled, no response.

We walked to the couch and I gasped. On the couch, laid a dead body. The body of Andy Sumdac, or better known as Lavanna, my daughter.

"No.", Sari cried and ran over to her.

The bots all gathered around her. I couldn't see her dead. I went to my room without a sound and up into my tree. Nature. She loved it. She was the only one other than myself that actually stopped to see the life around her. My optics leaked as I thought more and more about Lavanna.

She's dead and nothing can bring her back. My poor Lavanna. She was just a youngling.
