"We have to find her before he takes something valuable to her!", I yelled and paced.
"I don't like this. Ninja bot usually is calm.", Bumblebee said, that made my oil bubble.
"HOW CAN I BE CALM WHEN MY DAUGHTER IS MISSING?!", I yelled, all the Autobots flinched.
I glared at Bumblebee before walking off to my room. Loosing my daughter once is enough for me. I was so glad that I found her and now, I loose her again. A second time is just too much for me, it puts a lot of stress on my shoulderplates.
"Prowl?", I looked over to the door to see that it was opening.
I jumped up into the tree that's in my room and watched as Ratchet and Optimus walked in. Prime is most likely going to yell at me for snapping at his son and Ratchet, well, I don't know why he is here.
"Prowl? Where did that kid run off to?", Ratchet asked.
"I didn't see him in Lavanna's room.", Bumblebee said.
"And I didn't see him in the ship.", Bulkhead said as he walked in.
I jumped out of my tree and landed on Bumblebee.
"Stay. Out. Of. Lavanna's. Room.", I growled and jumped off him.
I went over to the computer and searched for a signal similar to mine. That's when I found it. It was Lavanna, but she's weak and getting weaker by the nanosecond.
"Prowl I-", I didn't bother to stay and here the rest of what Bumblebee had to say.
I ran out of base and to the coordinates that the computer last seen Lava. I groaned and transformed, driving over the speed limit. I had to find my daughter. I NEED to find and get her back, safe and sound. I just didn't expect to see anything as horrible as I did.
My daughter's optics were missing. Gone. I held her close to me as I took the chains off.
"Daddy?", she asked, "Is that you?"
"Yes, Lava. It's me.", I said as I broke the last chain.
"He - he took my optics.", Lava frowned.
"I know. Did you hear where he put them?", I asked.
"My optics landed on something metal. He said he was putting them on a shelf next to your Master's helmet.", she answered.
I looked up and seen the helmet, I walked over to it as I held my daughter. Her optics were dim and sitting next to the helmet, just as she said. I grabbed them and ran out of there. I ran back to base and handed her off to Ratchet.
"By the allspark! Her optics are torn out!", Ratchet exclaimed.
"Yes, but I have them. Can you put them back in?", I asked and handed her optics to him.
"I can. However, it will take sometime.", Ratchet answered and walked to the med bay with Lava.
I sighed and leaned against the wall with my optics shut.
"Prowl, get some rest.", Optimus said, "She is in good hands."
I nodded and walked to my room, stopping at the med bay.
"Ratchet, when she wakes, send her to my room.", I said, he nodded and I walked the rest of the way to my room without another word.
My daughter is safe and that's all that matters.
I know, it's short. As well as this book. Chapter 10 will be the last chapter. I hope you have enjoyed the story so far. Just to let you know, there will be NO sequel to this story.
