You meet someone
You two get close
It's all great for awhile
Then someone stops trying
You talk less
Have awkward conversations
Then they drift
All of a sudden there's no conversation whatsoever
Your memories start to fade
Then... that person you know
Becomes someone you knew
That's how it usually goes, right?
