"What do you mean you won't treat him?" Manerva McGonagall raged to the medi-witch over the form of a colapsed headmaster

"Albus was performing illigal legitimacy on a minor and he passed out in the process, as required by law I am not allowed to treat him until authorities have arrived."

"You mean to tell me that you have called the auroras?" McGonagall yelled with a pale face

"As is required by law Minerva, I am not sure why you are yelling at me for doing what is right, we would not be in this position had the old man done illigal acts and had gotten himself injured in the process" Poppy replied exasperated

"Your right dear, I am sorry, it is just that if this gets out then Hogworts will be put under strict scrutiny by the minister not to mention the fact that this could very well blow up in our faces as the old man just had to attack the saviour of the Wizarding world."

"You don't think he will leave do you?"

"I do not know Poppy, it's only his second year and already he has been attacked by Voldemort and then this year he was mentally rapped by a professor, the headmaster no less" McGonagall replied glaring daggers at the aged man before her

"I was told that my presence is required so please explain why I have been called so late at night" a drawl of a voice asked as the heals of the woman's shoes ecoed around the large infirmary

"Madam Bones, I have called because I wish to keep my job" Poppy began "Albus was performing illigal legitimacy on a minor and passed out in the process as required by law I am unable to treat him until an official has arrived to question the perpetrator upon waking"

"Very well, I am hear so let us get this over with"

Poppy nodded and flicked her wand at Albus only to have the man yelp and fall off the bed

"That bloody boy I'm going to-" the man stopped mid sentence and realized just who was around "Ahh madam Bones, while I understand that I am a respected man, I am alright now no need to fret" Dumbledore smiled sweetly

"I am not here to check your health headmaster" Amilia stated professionally "I am hear to ask you why you were performing illigal legitimacy on a minor in a school?"

"Excuse me?" The bearded man replied

"I was called here because you attempted to mind rape a child and I wish to know why"

"I had reason to believe that Mr Potter spent his summer in a dangerous place and has caused him to act out and as I am his legal gaurdian it is my job to keep him safe, I did not break the law here Madam Bones" Dumbledore replied condescendingly

"Very well then Dumbledore, It appears there has been a mistake" the woman then turned to McGonagall and Poppy "next time you call me here and I end up humiliated, I will find a way to arrest the both of you" and with a huff the woman walked into Poppy's office and flooed away

"I am sorry headmaster, I did not know, I only did what I thought I needed to do"

"It is quite alright my dear" the elder man replied smiling softly "I understand"

"Goodnight sir"

"It is getting late, you may want to consider retiring to bed as well Minerva" Dumbledore said happily as he left the infirmary. Once out of the room Dumbledore cast a powerful disillusionment and headed up to Gryffindor tower as to check on the boy who knocked him on his old arse however once within the boys dorm he noticed that all of the curtains were closed and he was without a clue on which bed belonged to Harry so with a slight crestfallen feeling he headed out and up to his office for a good night's sleep
