Later that day the clock strikes 6, and we go to meet Hannah and Owen at Little Italy.
"Alyssa, Michael!" Hannah said as she rushes over to us.
"Hey you two" I say.
"It's so great to see you, well come on lets get to our table.
Our table was in a booth, this brings back a flood of memories, as we sit down behind Owen's head I see a guy with blond hair kinda like Daniels, I haven't talked to Daniel in forever. Ever since me and Michael started dating I haven't heard a word from him. The man then turns the slightest that I can see his eye, it was crystal blue, like Daniels. His eye caught a glimpse of me and he seemed in shock and then blunt it out.
"Daniel?..." I say as I get up from my seat and walk over to the other booth, and it was him, it was Danial Robinson and his wife.
"Alyssa?" he said.
"I-it is you...oh my...h-how are you?" I ask.
"I'm good" he said with a smile.
Oh good where okay then...
"Alyssa? Oh my god it is you" Maria said cheerfully.
"Hey Mari- Oh my god! Maria your pregnant!" I say as I give her a big hug trying not to hurt her.
"Yeah, I'm gonna be a mother how great is that?"
"That's awesome! I'm so happy for you, now I know why you haven't called much, been a bit busy have you?" I say.
"Yeah, sorry about that getting ready for a baby is harder then it looks" Daniel said as he scratched the back of his head.
But Maria then takes my left hand in hers and stares at my ring.
"Alyssa...are you getting married?" she asked. Her and Daniel seem taken back.
"Um, y-yeah I am" I say shyly.
"To who?" Daniel asked.
"M-Michael" I say and Maria squeals.
"Oh My God! I knew it! I just knew it! You two were perfect for each other" Maria said.
"Wow, my cousin is getting married... to Michael..." Daniel seems shock and I go up to him and give him a hug.
"Don't worry, you'll always be my best cousin slash big brother" I say and he returns the hug.
"But there's just one thing...I want your approval.."
"Approval?"
"Yeah your the most important person to me....in my family...It wouldn't feel right" I say, Daniel then looks behind him and sees Michael with a worried expression on his face.
"Yeah...you have my approval...you've always had my approval" Daniel said as he squeezed me
"Daniel! Thank you!"
"So what are you doing here anyway?" Daniel asked.
"Oh I'm on a double date with some friends"
"Oh cool, well we shouldn't keep you see you" Maria said.
"Yeah see you" I say as I returned to my seat and Michael gives me a giant hug.
"You have no idea how happy I am right now!" Michael said as he hugged me.
"Me too"
"Good for both of you" Hannah said.
"Well on that happy note should we order?" Owen asked.
"Yes, lets" I say.
