Malia's POV:

After everything was clear at the reception I walked to the corridor where I had sended Lydia but when I arrived there the papers I had recieved from the reception fell to the ground. A big unfamiliar man was holding squirming Lydia in his arms.

I felt myself growl in anger and without hesitation attacked the man surprising him and making him free Lydia from his grip. I rushed to Lydia's side and held her tight against my chest. I looked at the man having hard time to control my anger. I had no idea why I felt so angry or why I was so protective when it came to Lydia.

"Who are you? What do you want from her?" I asked him furiously.
"Please just calm down. My name is Peter Hale and I'm just trying to help." he said calmly and raised his hands into the air as a gesture of surrender.
"How can we trust you?" I asked not believing a word he was saying.
"I know more about your friend than she know about herself. Her whole name is Lydia Marie Martin. She's 18 years old and she has lost both of her parents in a car accident. After the accident she ran away and got lost into the forest for 3 days. Then you found her." he told.
"How do you know all this?" I asked surprised.
"Because I'm her uncle. You know me don't you Lydia?" he asked from Lydia.

Lydia stared into him for a long time and then noded her head. He just smiled at her but she didn't return the gesture. She just tightened her grib on my shirt and nuzzled into my neck while I also tightened my grib around her waist. She looked at me and got close to my ear.

"But there is something more to him. I just don't remember. All I know is that he makes me feel scared." she whispered so silently I was sure Peter heard none of it.

I noded at her and glanced over at Peter.

"Just leave her- no leave us alone. You may be her uncle but that isn't enough for us. Thank you for your informations though but excuse us we're suppoused to meet a nurse now. Good bye and good life!" I greeted dragging Lydia with me past him and waving at him from behind my back.

We finally entered room 301 and stepped in to see Melissa there ready to help us. After 40 minutes we were all done and finally headed back to my car without seeing Peter again.

"You said something about Peter scared you. Have you remembered anything?" I asked curiosly.
"Actually just a little thing. I'm sure he is my uncle but I'm also almost sure he had something to do with the accident." she said looking at me.
"I see. Well we'll find out about it later okay? I thought tonight we could do something fun. You know go for a walk at the forest, watch some movies, cook something and just hang out. Does that sound okay?" I asked.
"That sounds perfect." she said with a gentle smile.

Lydia's POV:

As we reached Malia's house we stepped out of her car only to found rain drops dripping down to us. We looked at each other and decided without words that the walk in the woods was still on. We ran to the forest hand in hand and laughed as the rain soaked us. We didn't care about the fact that someone could've seen us and thought we were completely nut. Because I was sure in that moment we were but it didn't matter. I looked at Malia and couldn't hide my excited smile. She laughed at me and smiled back at me. We had ran for a good while and finally stopped to catch our breath. We looked at each other and Malia pulled me into a tight hug. I leaned into her neck and breathed in her comforting scent.
