Sakura's eyes opened when sunlight poured through her room.

When she sat up in her bed, she saw Sasuke in a sitting position at the foot of her bed, sleeping. His head was tilted slightly to the side.

Sakura remembered everything that happened yesterday and felt grateful towards Sasuke, that she had someone she could talk to those kind of heartfelt things about.

He even stayed here the rest of the night. He can be such a gentleman at times. She smiled at his face which was peaceful; his mouth hanging slightly open.

Sakura tried quietly getting up, so that she wouldn't disturb Sasuke, but as soon as her feet hit the hardwood floor, it creaked a little, waking Sasuke up.

He looked up at Sakura and stood up.

Sakura smiled at him. "Good morning," she paused and then said, "Thanks, Sasuke...for everything."

"No problem," Sasuke replied.

Days soon melted into weeks and soon they were starting the 4th month of school, December.

Sasuke and Sakura had gotten closer over the course of the months and had talked almost every day now. However, Sasuke didn't really open up with others as he was reserved most of the time.

It was a Friday of early December and even though it was Friday, the teachers still gave a lot of homework, to which the students complained to. When Sakura reached Home Education, one of her favorite classes (but then again she did love all of her classes, with the exception of the classes that Karin was in/decided to be an irritating fangirl), she learned they were making cookies today. They paired up, Naruto and Hinata, Sasuke and Sakura, Shikamaru and Temari, Neji and Tenten, and Lee and Kankuro.

Sasuke and Sakura had fun baking together, especially since Sasuke had gotten some flour in his hair, which made him look even more adorable and then Sakura having to wipe it off, all the while giggling at how cute and childish he looked while she was doing so.

At the end of the day, Sakura went to her dorm room with Sasuke and flopped on the couch. Naruto had gone out with Hinata for ramen, no surprise there. Hinata and Naruto had gotten closer over the months and liked each other, but they didn't want to tell the other because of fear of rejection and ruining their friendship. Sakura, who had figured out the two's affection for each other, hoped that they would get together soon.

Sasuke settled in one the armchairs that were in their living room.

There was awkward silence until Sakura decided to speak up. "So...what do you want to do?"

Sasuke shrugged.

Sakura's eyes drifted to the ceiling, thinking of what they could do for fun. "Want to watch a movie?" Sakura suggested after a while.

"Sure," Sasuke concurred.

"Can we watch a horror movie? I love scary movies!" Sakura exclaimed.

Sasuke raised his eyebrows. "Really? I thought since you were a girl, you would hate horror movies and would rather watch a romance movie."

Sakura narrowed her eyes at him. "That's not true for all females, Sasuke." The both of them went to Sakura's room and laid on her bed after getting Sakura's laptop. They found a horror movie called "It's Coming After You." (A/N: I don't know if this is a real movie or not, but if it is, I AM NOT PLAGIARIZING. I made up this name when it was like literally 2:30 A.M., so I'm sorry; I KNOW IT'S A TERRIBLE NAME, BUT WHATEVER!)

They made popcorn in their floor kitchen and bought drinks from the school cafe, going back to their dorm room when they were done.

After a couple of hours, when it was done, they talked about their favorite parts. Then, they laid sprawled on Sakura's bed. Naruto was still not back, as he was probably inhaling more ramen, so it was quiet.
