Sehun's POV:

The day of the party soon came. I had checked the venue myself and the arrangements made were better than what I expected them to be. Indeed, Hayoung's hotels have earned those five star ratings. No doubt about that.

I was now wearing my black suit. Judging it on my own perception, I looked good. Like some real businessman of some sort. The party was about to start in a few minutes. Everything was nearly settled~nearly, that is.

"Sehun!"- I turned around as someone called my name. It was Father.

"Father, you're here?"- I asked as I approached him. It seemed unusual for him to be here at this hour. It still seemed early for him.

"Of course,  it's our party.  I had to check on the arrangements myself."- He said patting on my shoulder. By his words, I realized I may have taken after him.

"Of course."- I replied.

"Since you are here"- Father soon began, "you'll be welcoming the guests-"

Did I hear him right? Was I really welcoming them? I don't even know how and who they were.

"I will be welcoming the guests?"- I asked repeating what he may have said, maybe I just heard him wrong.

"Yes son, you will be and-"

"Father I don't think I will be able to manage th-"- I cut him off before it happens.

"No son, you'll be fine. Hayoung will be joining you."- He said cutting me off, just enough to make me silent.

So Hayoung was joining me in welcoming them. . . I felt relieved but then remembering our last encounter. I seemed a little overreacting back then as I was pissed. Well, maybe I just have to play along with the idea of being snob.

I think I might, but just until she says she was sorry. Just till there. She might just give me her whole attention.

"Why Hayoung? Can't it be you and Mother?"- I asked somehow whining.

"Sehun, you will be representing our company and Hayoung in hers. This is our party but this is her hotel.

Besides we have partnerships with them, business for us means business for them." -I couldn't help but sigh. As always, business as it will ever be.

"Uncle Oh! "- Someone called. I bet this was Hayoung. She was the only one who called him that anyway.

I turned around and found Hayoung giving my father a warm embrace. Her family was behind her, smiling towards my way. I couldn't help but smile. They were after all a long time friend of ours.

"Oh Hayoung, you look great."- Father said while Hayoung smiled at him.
