As I sit in heaven and watch you every day, I try to let you know, with signs, I never went away. I hear you when you're laughing, and watch you as you sleep. I even place my arms around you, to calm you as you weep. I see you wish the days away, begging to have me home, so I try to send you signs, so you know your not alone. dont feel guilty that you have life that was denied to me, heaven is truely beautiful, just wait and see. so live your life, laugh again, enjoy yourself, be free. then i know, with every breath you take, you'll be taking one for me.
If tears could build a stairway, and memories a lane. i would walk right up to heaven and bring you back again. No farewell words spoken, no time to say "goodbye" you were gone before i knew it, and only god knows why. my heart still aches with sadness, and secret tears still flow. what it meant to love you~ no one can ever know. but i know you want me to mourn for you no more; to remember all the happy times life still has much in store. since you'll never be forgotten, i pledge to you today~ a hollowed place within my heart is where you'll always stay.
