New Ways

It's a new day. It has been two days since I've been here. And I think I am getting use to staying here. I finally know everybody's name! And I found out that Slendy is a really good cook. He would make most of the food we eat. So this day I got up and saw Jeff getting his white coat. After he got what he needed he left. So then I just sat on the couch and looked at the tv, witch was showing casper the friendly ghost. I chuckled a little because that was my favorite show when I was a little girl. I was watching it until something touched my shoulder and made me jump a little. I looked behind me and saw Jack. "Come look at something". I nodded. Hopefully it wasn't a dead person. He lead me outside and into the woods. He finally stopped at a little wooden house and he pointed to it. "What's this?". He opened the door and there was a little baby deer sitting in the corner. I gasped a little bit at how small it is. I went inside and went towards the baby deer and sat by it. Then I felt my phone vibrate and it was a text from Jake. I looked at it and it said "Alexa, where are you?? I'm so sorry I left. I hope you can even read this please if you're still alive come back." My eyes started to water a little and Jack must have noticed. "Alexa? Whats wrong?". He ran over to me and sat next to me. "Nothing it was just a text from my..bes... My old best friend". He put his arm around me and pulled me into a hug. "It's ok, Alexa". A tear ran down my face. I pulled out of the hug and wiped the tear away quickly. " You know it's ok to cry in front of me?" "No I was taught not to cry and always be strong. I wiped away another tear that I could feel on my eyelid. I sat back on the wall. "You know, Jack, honestly living with you and everyone else is better than my old life". "How?". I had many reasons but maybe it was time I told a few to someone... "I feel like I almost fit in with you and the others". "Why didn't you feel that way before?". "I wasn't  exactly what you called beautiful or pretty before. It went acctully more like geek, loser, slut, whore, bitch, fat, and worthless". "Well you are none of those things, Alexa. And they lied about you not being beautiful or pretty". "You should see them Jack, they are way more beautiful than I could ever be. If you saw them you would see what I'm up against". I whispered the last part. "Alexa, you are one of the most beautiful girls I have ever seen before. None of them could be as beautiful, sweet, and funny as you are". I smiled and said thanks. I knew it wasn't true but as long as we could get off that subject. I mean it felt kind of good to get my problems out to someone but.. not all of them. I felt a tear roll down my face and then.. Jack wiped it off. It felt good to have a friend since I lost Jake. "Jack?" I asked. "Yes, Alexa?". "Thanks for listening to me". " No problem so are there anymore things you want to say?". Not that I wanted to say.. "No.. That's it for now..". "Just remember you can tell me anything". I smiled. "Follow me" I nodded. I wonder where we're going now. He brought me to a place where I could hear water. I looked and saw a little waterfall. "I'm putting my feet it!!". I ran over to the waterfall with the little stream by it. I put my feet in. It was warm and it  felt pretty good. Jack came over and sat next to me. "Are you going to put your feet in, Jack?" He shook his head. "Awwww why not?" He shrugged. I took my feet out and said "I think I'm going back to the house". "I'll come with you". I smiled. "So what's your favorite song?" "I don't have one". "And why not?". Again he shrugged. "So how you taking the whole Jeff's new sister thing?" "I already new he talked about you when we met". I stopped. "So I'm the only one who didn't know I was a sister to someone?" I heard him chuckle a little then continued walking. We finally made it to the house and saw Jeff sitting on the steps. I ran up to him. "Hey, how did it go?". "It was ok". I was just about to get up when he said "Alexa? Do you like it here?". "Yeah I love it, brother". He smiled. Then I gave him a hug and went to open the door. But when I twisted the handle it didn't open. "What the hell" I whispered to myself. "Oh yeah Ben kind of locked us out". This is when my talent became good for once. I pulled out a bobbypin and picked at the lock. It opened. "How the fuck did you do that Alexa??" "easy" I said in a badass tone. I walked in quietly and snuck up on Ben while he was playing his video games. "boo" I whispered into his ear. It actually kind of scared him. I laughed a little. "How did you get in???". "My way". I smiled.
