*knock* * knock* "Joseph! "Open up!" ShoutsCatherine, while knocking at the door of Joseph's room. "Catherine I am not up for a discussion! Goaway" replied Joseph angrily. "You have to listen! You have to co-operate!"Shouted Catherine! Joseph remained silent but Catherine knew he was listening,"you don't understand Joseph! You have to co-operate!" Shouts Catherine again,"Co-operate for who!? For our greedy board of members!? For those people whouse us as toys!? Those people..... " Shouted back Joseph, but Catherine didn'tlet him finish and interrupted; "NO! No... Co-operate..... for me" Her words flowedthrough, conveying pain , there was silence for a phase of time but eventuallyher painful voice melted Joseph's heart and he pressed the "unlock" button formhis dial-pad, allowing Catherine to enter. Catherine ran towards Joseph quicklyand hugged him. Joseph, trying to forget the pain and disappointment hereceived from the meeting and letting the stress go, as his face showed clearlyhe had dropped the anger and held Catherine by her shoulders, and then held herhand and went into a deep painful thinking session as he saw the ring of theirengagement on her hand. All the thoughts, ranging from how they met, how theyspent time together, how they comforted each other and how they made it asuccessful relation for years despite the differences in their country oforigin. Said Spider, in hisbossy manner. Catherine: "So what!? We are a team, morethan colleagues we are a team and we work together keeping in mind each other'sfeelings!" replied Catherine. Spider: "Oh really!? Than why don't you go againstthe board's order to help heal your senior's feelings? Catherine: We would, if neededSpider: I would be waiting.Catherine: "Listen! You are not the boss around!Stay confined to your work!"Spider: "OH! My! Why don't you just simplysay you are trying to save your fiancé, only!?"Catherine, at this point had lost patienceand burst off into tears and ran towards her room. Spider gave the mostannoying smirk, Ruth said "What do you get by doing this," Spider replied "Mindyou language dear, I am your senior!" "You are a monster" Said Ruth with painin her voice and ran towards Catherine's room to Console her. "Ya man! Tell mewhy do you do this? They went to Catherine's room and found Ruth consoling her. Colin knocked and asked if they could come in, he also told that they wanted to talk about on what happened just now back in the lab. Catherine said" please come in, I know spider is going out of his limits and I also know that Joseph only can stop him, but guys you have to wait, wait for Joseph to recover, I mean after what happened in the Meeting, It has been a shock to Joseph as it was his first ever proposal rejection up till now, in his entire Carrier" Colvet replied :" I know Joseph needs time, we all know this and he deserves as much time as he requires. Do not worry we are not going to stress him up" "Thank you guys" said Catherine and she smiled letting her tension and sorrow wash away.
