(Recap)
"I got bad news," I said suddenly without thinking. Way to ruin the mood, Ariel. Oh well, too late. Better now than never. I caught both Jason's and Marc's full attention as they stared at me expectantly. I continued, “I overheard my dad saying that I'm getting married when I turn twenty, and he's fucking serious. He also said it to my face, didn't care whether I liked it or not," Marc had on a confused expression, Jason with an eyebrow cocked.
"Why the fuck would he do that?" I don't know either, Marc.
"I have no idea,” I sighed with a frown.
"Married? To who?"Jason asked. Both boys shifted in their seats, looking nervous. Never have I seen them this nervous or weird at the same time. It was quite a sight. Now back to reality.
"Some guy named Sebastian." Jason froze. Marc's eyes widened. They both looked at me in expressions mixed with fear, horror, shock, and hatred, but it was not towards me.
Just who the hell is Sebastian?

Chapter Two
“S-Sebastian?” Jason stuttered and cleared his throat, while Marc was zoning out, most likely thinking about something. Nothing could scare these two men, but Sebastian seemed to do the job. They knew this Sebastian guy? “Am I hearing this right, Marc? Tell me I’m dreaming, man,” he shook Marc’s shoulder for any response, but he didn’t budge.
“Order 2-6-3. Order 2-6-3,” A woman’s voice called from the take-out.
“It’s ours,” Jason smirked down at the receipt, breaking the tension in the air. He stood up abruptly, walked to the counter, and took the tray that had three cheeseburgers and three empty medium cups for all of us. He left to fill the cups with ice and soda, slowly walking back to our table again. Jason sat back down again to join back in on our conversation, but he looked slightly tensed.
“Who the hell is Sebastian? My mom, you, and Marc are suddenly scared at the mention of him,” I must’ve asked that question about three times today. Hopefully someone here would spill, or I would just get more frustrated and annoyed. Marc snapped out of la-la land and turned to me.
“Hmm, how do I start? Okay. That guy is dangerous, never go near him.” Marc started. Jason’s eyes pleaded not him not to tell me. This was going to be interesting.
“And?” I said impatiently, egging him on. “Is there something I don’t know that you and Jason should’ve told me?” I’m sure I’ve sounded so bitchy and childish ever since I’ve heard about the arranged marriage, but I couldn’t help my anger.
“Yes, well, just shut up and hear me out. Jason’s not fully in this, but anyways... I was in a gang a few years back and did pretty dangerous stuff,” he leaned in closer to us so that nobody but us two can hear him. I was surprised he’d snapped out of la-la land so suddenly and pretty much confessed to me that quickly about not telling me something, but I shrugged it off to hear his story. “I remember some white kid-“
“Hey, you racist Mexican,” Marc ignored him and continued.
“-some kid named Sebastian was part of another gang, but I don’t remember what. Me and my gang messed around in an alley and then a group of white boys including him, close in on us. We’ve been rivals ever since and Jason got in because of the worst timing. A fight broke out nearby my house, he was coming over and saw me fighting them and joins in, but he can’t get out. One cannot simply leave a gang. I moved out to try and leave the gang, and now I live near the school. The gangs don’t know where me and Jason live, so we could be safe... For now,” his explanation left me a bit confused, but at least I know how they knew about Sebastian already.
