Chapter 5
Katie had promised to try not to show how much she absoulutely loved Justice Crew, at least, not while they were around. Unluckily for me, they were all out at the moment, so I had been listening to Katie talk about everythin Justice Crew. Birthdays, previous girlfriends, clothing sizes and where every tattoo they have is. If ya wanted to know something about Justice Crew, she could tell you. She had only seen them once in concert and she knew more about them thren i knew them, and I haved lived with them for 8 months!
"And John has the awesomest tat..." Katie said before I interupted her.
"Katie?"
"What Teelah? The boys are out so I have the right to talk about them!" she ranted.
"Oh shut up," I laughed. "I need to know how I can repay the boys for buying me presents earlier."
Katies jaw dropped to the floor and her body started to shake.
"They got you presents?!?" Katie screamed."Teelah you are THE luckiest girl in the world! The easiest way to repay them is just a kiss and a thankyou, anyway, why did they get you presents?"
"Why? Katie!" I said, slapping her lightly on the arm. "Tomorrow is my eighteenth birthday, DUH! You should know that."
"OMG! I am so sorry Teelah! Tomorrow we are going on a shopping spree and I'm gonna buy you lunch and go to the spa so we can get a mani/pedi and then we'll hit the beach!" she said, planning out my whole birthday.
"Okay, but for now," I said, sauntering over to my cd player, "We are gonna partay!"
I turned on my stereo and popped in my Stereos cd, instantly flipping to our favourite song, Throw Your Hands Up. Katie and I danced around the room singing along with the song and laughing. We listened to the whole cd and then half of it again. Half way through the first time the boys came home and they joined us, mainly dancing cause they didn't knw the words. By the end of our randomness sesh, we were all on the floor, doubled over in laughter.
"You know, you girls really can sing, we could use some good singers in our group," Solo said, looking at me and smiling.
I was about to reply when Katie started.
"OMG!! REALLY!! Oh someone pinch me if I'm dreaming!" She yelled like some lovesick puppy.
I elbowed her and gave her the evils but the boys just laughed.
"It's okay Teelah, we get it all the time! And Katie, right? He was only half serious," Samson explained.
Katies face fell a little, but she was still cheerful.
"I know, why don't we all go into the lounge and watch a scary movie? We haven't had our scary movie weekend in over 3 weeks!" Emmanuel complained.
"You're right Emman, and there's a reason for that! Remember last time, I slept with Sammy for over a week!" I exclaimed.
"She has a point, but, we're all here if ya get scared T," John said, pulling me onto his lap.
"What about me?" Katie complained. "I get scared by horror movies too."
The boys laughed and Len pulled Katie onto his lap.
"Well then we're here for you too," He said, "Ain't that right boys?"
"Yeah, there are only two of you little ladies and seven of us big strong men!" Samson said flexing his muscles.
"Hey, your're not the only one with muscles," Lukas said, pulling off his shirt.
Katies hands flew over her mouth in shock.
"Oh my gosh!" I heard Katie scream into her hands.
The boys must have heard her as well, because John and Len scooped Katie and I up and put us onto the bed and ran over to form a line with the other boys. They all pulled their shirts off and flexed.
"See, several strong, fearless me to look after you little ladies," Paulie said.
John and Len scooped Katie and I up off the bed and we all went into the loungeroom.
"Lets watch Scream!" Emmanuel said, putting the dvd in.
"But that scares me!" I whined.
"That's why I am here," John said, tightening his grip around my waist.
We all sat, watching the movie, then we watched the next one and I fell asleep half way through. I sub-consiously felt someone lift me up and take me to bed, laying behind me and having a few kisses planted on my head.
