For the next couple of weeks Finn and I became really good friends. He became my rock, he was always there when Marshall hurt me or when Cake blows up in my face about being a slut and basically he became my favorite person. We mainly spend time at the coffee shop and my apartment, the free coffee is a plus and Finn is great at Call of Duty."Fi, can I ask you something?" Finn says setting his controller down on the coffee table in front of him.
"Sure Finn, whats up?" I say turning my attention to him, I notice a bit of nervousness in his eyes. He bites his adorable pink lip ever so slightly.
"Fi, why do you keep trying to go after Marshall? I know he was your first kiss and has that bad boy attraction to him but you deserve so much better."
"Better? who's better? All anyone in this town wants is to do me, not get to know me or love me." I see a glimpse of sadness and slight anger in Finn's eyes.
"Maybe that better person had been in front of you the whole time. Maybe you're too caught up In Marshall fucking Lee that you cant see someone who's hopelessly in love with you." A single tear rolled from his eye as he stood up and walked towards the door. He quickly turned the handle and opened the door. He stood in the doorway for a second.
"Ya know Fi, if I wasn't afraid of losing you, I'd beat Marshall to a pulp for not seeing your beauty. Knowing you though, you'd hate me afterwards." He walked out and shut the door behind him, leaving me in a state of confusion. I pick up my phone and text him, ''I'm sorry' and then I call Marshall.
Marshall picks up the phone and I can immediately tell he's at a party, most likely wasted. Wasted works perfectly for what I have planned.
