"Hey cutie." I say as I walk into the home theatre the next morning.

Harry is sitting on the couch and he smiles when he sees me.

"Come here, you." He responds, holding his arms open.

I sit down on the couch beside him and he wraps his arms around me. Harry pulls me in close and gives me a quick kiss on the forehead.

I lean into him, resting my head on his shoulder and placing my hand on his knee, tracing circles with my finger.

"So what are we going to tell our parents when they get home?" I ask, breaking the silence.

"What do you mean?" Harry asks, looking at me and crinkling his brow.

"What are we going to say about us... Or whatever?" I say, not really knowing what words to use.

I have no idea what we are. Are we a couple? Are we dating? Does he even want a serious relationship with me?

"I guess we'll just tell them that we've been friends since we were little, but it's turned into more and now we're dating. I don't think they'll be very surprised."

"So what are we, then? We're dating?" I ask, sitting up so that I can face Harry and look directly at him.

"Because I like you Harry, I really do. And I don't want you to think that we can just date while I'm living here and then go back to being best friends if it doesn't work out. And I know that you're a guy and you probably haven't thought about this that much yet, but we are sacrificing the relationship we've had since we were little." I explain, looking into his bright green eyes the whole time.

"Hey, hey, hey." Harry starts, tucking a piece of my hair behind my ear.

"I don't want the same relationship that we've had since we were little. I want the same tight bond, but I want it in a romantic way, yeah?"

I nod my head and Harry puts his hand under my chin, starting to bring my face towards his.

"We're going to make it work." He whispers, before lifting my face up to his.

Our lips meet and he kisses me gently.

I love kissing Harry. It's so bizarre how we were like brother and sister as kids, and then I didn't even like him for a couple years. And now I like him in a whole new way.

I like him in a way that makes butterflies erupt in my stomach, and in a way where I can't help but smile. I love looking into his eyes, and I love being with him. I love the way he makes me feel.

I just don't understand how he could like a girl like me. I mean, I've had boyfriends before, but only one serious one. But I just don't see myself as attractive, or as anything that Harry Styles would want to date.

All of these thoughts are running through my head as Harry and I are kissing. He's kissing me so softly, it's like i can barely feel it.

I snap back into reality when I feel Harry's tongue sliding over my bottom lip, requesting access into my mouth.

I open my mouth and my tongue meets his. Our mouths move in sync, like we were meant to be together all along.

His arm wraps around my waist, and he pulls me close. I decide to tease him a little bit, so I start to pull away. As I move away, Harry moves with me, not wanting to break the kiss yet.

I kiss him back for a few moments, and then I turn my head so that he ends up kissing my cheek.

He pulls away and looks at me crinkling his brow. I shoot him a playful smile to let him know that I'm just joking around with him, and he gets the message.

Harry goes back in for a kiss, but he pulls away at the last second.

"What was that for?" I ask

"Well I was under the impression that you didn't want to kiss me." He says, putting a hurt expression on his face.

"Of course I want to kiss you, ya big dummy. I like you, remember?" I say, laughing.

"Yeah I remember. It just so happens that I like you too."

We joke around with each other and talk for most of the day. The rest of the weekend is pretty much the same, just adjusting to our new relationship.

On Monday evening, the adults arrive back home and Harry and I go to meet them at the front door.

He grabs my hand and we intertwine out fingers before entering the main foyer.

"Welcome home!" I say to them.

"It's good to see you!" Harry adds as they look at us, and our hands.

"We have something to tell you guys" Harry starts, looking at me before continuing.

"Leah and I are dating!" Harry says happily, and I lean my head against his shoulder.

"We'll it's about time!" Anne says excitedly, coming over to hug us.

"What do you mean?" I ask

"You guys were like siblings when you were younger, but it was pretty obvious that it would turn into more as you got older. I mean, I was starting to have my doubts, but this really doesn't surprise me." My mom says, smiling.

We give the adults hugs to welcome them home and the rest of the night is spent talking about everybody's weekend. Gemma even comes home and joins the conversation, squealing excitedly when she finds out about Harry and I.
