Had it not been for the emotional state that Anna had been in when they told her that Isis had left no body would have thought that the situation that they were in was a big deal.  Anna had a break down screaming and crying which caused the gala to be shut down. The screams were so loud many assumed something bad was happening.

"Anna, Anna you need to calm down!" John was trying his best to calm Anna down but it wasn't doing anything, she was gasping for air and every pale and he had the feeling that if she didnt stop she would pass out.

"No no no no, no! she can't be out by herself! not at night." Anna knew Isis and even though the girl was smart she wouldnt have been stupid enough to leave if she hadn't felt threatened.

"I don't think that it's that big of a deal. She's a grown woman, yes pregnant, but a grown woman either way." John tried reasoning with her. Anna turned to stare at him. She sent a death glare toward John then continued taking big breaths to calm herself.

Getting up Anna walked over toward the man that had clearly upset Isis.

"Look..hiccup...you needed...hiccup....to find her before he does." With that she walked out the door and started looking for Isis with John on her heels.

How was he meant to find somebody that he barely knew? It wasn't his fault or responsibility, why was he being blamed.

Only after she was a few blocks away did Isis realise how stupid she was leaving like that, she must have Anna worried to death Not only that she didn't know this area and she was pretty sure she was lost.

Turning a corner she tried to find her way back towards the hotel that was holding the gala but had no luck, she was getting a bad feeling deep in her stomach.

The sound of footsteps approaching had her heart racing. She had no reason to be scared, But the feeling wouldn't go away. The footsteps sounded as if it was approaching her. She remembered the feeling very well, it was what she felt everytime he came around her.

She tried to not make it obvious that she was scared, walking a little faster she hoped that it looked like she was in a rush and not scared. She couldn't take it anymore she turned to look back but only found an old man walking a distance from her. Even though there was no one she could still hear the footsteeps and the feeling wasn't going away.

Letting out the breath that she was holding and slowing down her walk she kept going not sure if it was in the right direction. 5 minutes later she was sure of one thing, that she was lost.

The sound of footsteps got her scared all over again they sounded so close but turning around she couldn't find who it was. When she faced forward again she ran in to a hard chest that made her fall down to the ground.

Looking up her eyes connecting with eyes that had held so much hate in them. Eyes that she had been running from for such a long time.

Jacob.
