In the most caliginous area of town, behind a licitly broken down -previous- shop, sat a black-haired girl on the cold floor, in her gothic black and red accoutre, accompanied by her black leggings underneath it. The girl sat giggling -more childish, than inanely. She came to a sudden halt with her laughter, and the porcelain and macabre doll that was in her hand was raised in front of her face. Smiling once more, she spared no time to rip its head from its pretty body. After doing so, she seemed disappointed, and sprawled out her body against the cold, marble floor.
"I'm bored..." She sighed

Hikaru's P.O.V

Ambling through the thick mist amongst the gloomy dead ended street, I stumbled across the exact building that I was looking for. Two stories high, damaged, but full of traps for trespassers. Knowing how they worked, they'd be lounging around on the top floor, playing with their blades and making themselves bleed for fun. Approaching the entrance, I looked around, and immediately noticed a wire almost touching the floor. I took a shuriken from my small bag caring towards the back of my belt, and threw it, tearing straight through it. I slowly wandered backwards, making sure that nothing was going to fly out of the door way, and once reassured I entered the fairly broken down two storied house.
"Who's there?!" came a voice from the top of the stairs

"Its me, Hikaru. Alex, we need your help." I replied in monotone

Suddenly all that could be heard was a fit of convulsions, and then she darted down the staircase into my arms. Confused, I immediately pulled away and stared at Alex until she spoke.
"Did I scare you Hikaru-kun~?" purred Alex

Caressing the dust off of her gothic attire, she looked up at me, then her cheerful smile turned into a dismal and psychotic frown. I wondered how long it would take for this to take effect... Jumping backwards, I unsheathed my blade, and awaited Alex's first attack. She got down onto her hands and feet, then a cerulean flame engulfed around her body. Less than moments later, she turned into a fairly large tiger made out of bones and blue flames. Without thinking too hard, I hastened out of the door behind me, and ran down the street as fast as I could. Behind me was Alex -now a ravage beast, swiping at me viciously, before I grinded across the centre of the road, about 90 degrees and swiftly darted to the end of the alleyway I had now entered. Making a huge leap, I landed on top of the buildings that used to ménage people, and now having the precedence of space I prepared myself by getting into my favourite bearing.

Unsheathing my blade, I suddenly noticed how I had underestimated the beast's speed, but just in time I managed to raise my blade and block the attack. With my feet now glissading across the roof tops, I pushed her back, and then attempted to attack immediately. The beast de-materialized and I flew straight through it. So this is why they call her the shadow fire demon... Before I could think another word, I was suddenly kicked and striked straight into the building, beside the alleyway. Foundering back to my feet, I blinked and the beast's paw was between my eyes. That's when I felt the crimson coloured liquid drip down my face, from multiple orientions. It looked at me, as if it had seen an undead creature.
"What's up?" I snarled with a huge smirk laying upon my lips "Cat got your tongue?"

The beast stepped backwards, knowing exactly what was coming next.
"Hein."

The sky engulfed in a black cloud, and lightning almost immediately appeared. A huge bolt shot down straight onto my sword, and almost instantly I striked it straight through the beast. It howled and hissed in immense pain, forcing itself to change back. Alex now led on the floor, wincing in pain, and covered in scratches.

"Itetsu never ceases to get any weaker..." Alex coughed "It truly is a magnificent blade."

"Get up." I spat

Hikaru placed Itetsu beneath Alex's chin, making her escape futile. His breathing spuddenly shallowed, and his eyes widened. He dropped to his knees, along with his sword, then clutched at his throat struggling to breathe. Alex glared at Hikaru unsure of what to do, she moved closer to him; only to be forcefully pushed away. Hikaru slowly, raised his head, struggling as he did so. He then froze as he stared at Alex, his emerald eyes changing topaz, blood dripping from them momentarily.
"Get...Izuna....Quickly." He snarled, his voice sounding deeper than Alex have ever known it to.

But she did not waste a second, and grabbed the piece of paper in Hikaru's hand, with the coordinates of Izuna's location. All she had to do was hurry.

HEY GUYS.
Sorry this chapter is short, and also really bad towards the end. I got really lazy, and couldn't be bothered adding any decent parts of my vocabulary into it. I really hope you enjoyed either way!
