His keys dropped onto the granite countertop, almost knocking the apple off of it. The scent was sharp and clean, though you could tell it was a guy scent.

"This way," my brother led us through the walkway and to the living room. It shocked me to find the view he had. The windows went all the way to the ceilings! The chandelier was beautiful, and it was extremely open.

I dropped my sweats that I brought and walked around, touching the furniture.

"How did you get this kind of money?" I asked while going over to the window, then turning around to see Tori awed as well.

Then I heard paws running out from down the hall, and it could only be one thing. Tasha, my brother's pitbull.

"Tasha!! Come here girly!" I bent down onto my knees and hugged her. Her whole body was shaking to wag her tail. I scratched her back and neck, giving her a kiss on the top of her head.

"Well I just got a lot of money back from people owing me loans. I got a lot of money from out so called parents, more like monsters, but I got about 200,000 dollars. All from the government. Here," he went to his office then came back out with 100,000 of it, "we split it. Put this to good use, and use it wisely."

I took the money then he took it and put it in a case.

"You can take it when I drop you off in the morning. Ducati, Alaska, Tasha, come on." He patted he legs and showed the dogs to their dog room. Tori and followed into the room down the hallway to the left. It was a big room and had all sorts of stuff for dogs. Dog food, water, beds, toys, and agility.

"Wow...you got everything here." I leaned on the opening of the room, then went back out into the living room and found my way to the kitchen.

"I'm starving," I could hear Tori's stomach behind me and we both go through Ryker's food.

"Aww come on! I can order something, please don't go through all my good food," he sighed then sat down on the couch.

I finished the Oreo that was in my mouth and Tori already had a bar in her mouth. So we decided to finish them and put the rest of the food in our arms away.

"Okay, like what?" I wiped my mouth.

"Chinese, pizza, burgers, tacos, sushi, mex-"

"SUSHI!!" Tori and I jump up and shout at the same time.

"Don't. Ever. Do that again," my brother laughed then went to the corner where there was a spiral staircase into his personal garage. In it was his Nissan GTR. Not the car we drove in, but a NISSAN GTR!!

Ryker laughed then got in, with me following behind and Tori. He revved the engine then opened the garage and went out into the city. The other cars looked like rats when we were in this beast. This GTR was a killer beauty.

When there was a straight street with no cars my brother would floor it and shift gears, with his cold air intake, making it whistle with every shift. I practically moaned from this.

When we got to the sushi restaurant, the smell hit us and we were drooling. The chefs were cooking fresh fish infront of the people wanting fish, and there were some eel and octopus. There was an aquarium in the middle that was a giant circle, and had maybe one black tip shark in it.

"Dang, they did good with this place," I spun around, grabbed Tori then followed my brother to the table closest to the tank. The shark would appear then disappear and reappear.

"Can I get you guys started on the drinks?" We looked up and saw a girl, with bleach blonde hair and it was in a messy bun. She was very pretty. I liked at my brother, whose face looked pained and amazed. Maybe awed.

"Uh yes.. I will have a Pepsi," I said quietly and she wrote it down.

"Lemonade," Tori smiled and started looking at the food.

"Not your fathers root beer," my brother still watched the girl. The girl wrote the drinks down and smiled a flirty smile at my brother. He stiffened then blushed and looked down while she walked away.

"Oooooo Ryker. Already finding another?"

"Shut up!" He almost hit the table but clenched his fists, "this one is different, it's as if a pull is pulling me towards her."

Tori and I grinned at him and then the waitress came back with out drinks and handed them to us.

"Anything to eat? Or should I wait?" She bit her lip then pulled the pencil out from behind her ear.

"I'll have a California roll, with a lily roll." I say politely then poke my brother who snapped into the present.

"Oh sorry, I want the Tom roll," he folded his menu.

"Oooo the Tom roll is amazing," the waitress admired then looked at Tori while writing the orders down.

"I'll have the Lion King roll," she said as she handed the menus back to the waitress.

"Sorry I didn't introduce myself, I forgot. My name is Trinis. Well my real name is Trinity, but everyone calls me Trinis." She smiled at Ryker and he smirked at her which made her face red.

"I love your eyes by the way, the hazel suits you," my brother smiled, "what time do you get off of work?"

Damn my brother was going for home base.

"Oh oh thank you," she giggled then straightened, "I er get off at 8." And it was 7 now.

My brother nodded then handed her a piece of paper.

"Ryker! Your gf just got killed/ kidnapped and you're after another!" I almost yelled but got stern.

"I need to forget her! I need to move on. Plus I would just be hanging out with this girl so I'm not lonely. Like a friend. Gosh..." He fumbled with his hands and I looked over at Tori who looked like she was gonna burst into laughing at any second.

"Well well," a dark voice sounded from behind me.
