The Mission

Time skip a couple of days

Lee pov

Lady tsunadi has requested team guy for a mission but since Gaara's here he's coming with us.

"the mission is not a simple one you have to take this scroll to the land of salt flats but be warned there are a lot people after this scroll.

We head out to take the scroll to the land of salt flats and Gaara gets to come along with us.

We walk for what seems like hours then we take a break.

Nobody has attacted us yet so that's good.

I guess i spoke to soon because as soon as i thought that four ninja from the bird village attacked us they jump down from the treetops one goes after guy sensei one goes after neji one goes after tenten and lastly one comes after me and i have absolutely no idea where Gaara is.

I turn to try and find Gaara thinking i had taken down the person i was fighting but they must've still had some fight left in them cause they got up and ran at me i turn around but not quite quick enough to catch there hand and the kunie knife is brought down into my abdomen well it would've if it hadn't been for the wall of sand protecting me.

The Sand grabs the kunai and the person and covers them completely before crushing them to death.

I step back as to not get any blood on myself.

Gaara places his hand on my hip and pulls me closer to himself before kissing my cheek.

"are you ok lee" Gaara asks me turning me around to face him.

"yea i am fine Gaara just a little shaken up after that near death experience that's all" i reassure him with a smile.

I'm kinda accustomed to Gaara's kill now and don't bother asking questions ever attitude but it still catches me off guard when it happens.

We eventually reach our destination and give the scroll to the Lord of the land who offers us a place to stay for the night.

There are only three rooms though nobody wants to share with guy sensei.

I worship guy sensei but his snoring is out of control so he gets one room neji and tenten just decided that there sharing so that leaves me and Gaara with the other room.
