I saw you again in my bed

the ghost of yourself

you were curled up

dreaming

wonderfully dreaming

your eyes fluttering softly

you were smiling

and it hurt

it hurt so bad

I tried to freeze that memory

tried it with my own heart

but you were fading away

still dreaming though

but fading just the same

your scent, your smell

cloying

filling me up with so much dread and hunger

hunger for you

I'm sorry

I don't know why i'm saying I'm sorry

I need you

I want you

and you're lost forever

and you're still dreaming

dreaming me out of your head... I think
