Rocky Land

There's a large rock.

Everyday, the old man would come and knock.

He sent away to a foreign land.

A land that he didn't understand.
The land very well did look grand.

It sent upon him a surprising shock.

This land the land of his long lost ancestors.

Funny thing was they were investors.

Invest and invest, that's what they did best.

Sooner rather than later, it turned into a contest.

They were divided as one headed east and the other headed west.

Guess you could say it's quite the  divided family crest.
