Valerie Slater, lived through all her life in orphanage in England. Had a family that abandoned her. Boyfriends who hurt her in the sense of the word and had no friends.
She started drinking her problems away, smoking, doing drugs. When nothing worked she craved more.
An online friend, saved her, made her smile, laugh. He was the only good thing about her life until he disappeared and she never heard from him again.
When light shone down on Valerie's life, after four years of pulling herself together. She finally had the friends she craved, a decent place to live and her dream job.
At a business party she met her Boss. And couldn't shake off the feeling of familiarity in him. Like she knew him.
She was on a mission to find her man and the flat's previous owner's mystery man behind the poems she finds.
Valerie found a new reason to live, to love, to laugh, to Sing.
