Where Is She? Pt.1

Ranmaru's P.O.V
I hear different voices talking. "Is he gonna be okay?!" "Why was he on the sand?!" "What happened?!" I groan in pain as I open my eyes. I blink a few times trying to get used to the bright light. I see STARISH and Quartet Night surrounding me. I sit up and put a hand to my head. "RAN!~" "What happened?" "Where's Luna-Chan?" My eyes open wide as I go to stand up. "We were at the beach when 5 strangers came up and knocked out Luna. Me and one of the strangers were fighting until I got knocked out." I sat back down cause I was getting off balance. I look down and clench my hands. "What happened to Luna-Chan?" I looked at Reiji. "They kidnapped her." I said as I looked back down. "WHAT?!" "We have to find her!" I looked up at them. "How?" I mumble. "What did they look like?" I look at Ren with a 'really' expression. "They had masks on so I couldn't tell." I said all hope leaving my body. "We could file a police report?" I look at Cecil. "That's a start!" I look and see Syo staring at Cecil. "Let's go then!" I look and see Natsuki exclaims. I stand up. "What are we waiting for?" I said as they looked at me with expressions of determination. We all exit the hotel and run towards the police station. Once we got there we went to the receptionist and asked for help, the receptionist took us to a room that looked like an office with an officer inside. I exlpained to them every detail I had about the bastards. "How many were there of them?" The officer asks. "5." I replied and was confused when the officer had a suprised expression on his face. "A-Are you sure that there was 5 of them with masks on?" The officer asks me suprised. I nodded. "Positive." "Then we're talking about 5 criminals that are called The Assassins and are known for Robbery, Murders, and Rape on several female victims. Some members of the group were captured but somehow managed to hang themselves, ending their lives before they gave us any important informatiom." My eyes opened wide when I heard Rape. 'Luna-' I look turn my head to the right and look down. '-What are they doing to you?' I thought as my fists clenched tight. "But, lately we have been getting promising leads to wher their hideout is located." I look up a hint of hope left. "Now you guys stay here while we go and rescue your friend." The officer said as he stood up. My eyes widened and I grabbed his arm before he passed me. "I'm coming with you." I said in a low dangerous tone that made the officer tense up. He thinks about for a bit before sighing and nods. "Do you know how to shoot a gun?" He asks making me nod while the others look at me in suprise. "Here then. Try not to shoot the good guys." He says. "I'm officer Woodwork." (the new Selection book came out and this is what happens😛) I nod. "Ranmaru." I said as we shool hands real quick and started walking down the hall. We stopped in a room and he handed me a vest. "They're loaded." Woodwork said as we both put on our bulletproof vests. We jogged a bit before we went outside towards the parking lot where they have the police cars and saw 7 more police cars. "They're coming with us for back up." I nod as I enter the car and close the door, I buckle up and sit. Woodwork turns on his walkie-talkie and starts talking about how this will go down and a back up plan just in case something goes wrong. I nod listening to everything and prepare myself. While Officer Woodwork is driving with the load siren playing I look at my hands and adjust my gloves on my hand for no reason really, just out of nervousness and worry. 'Hang in there Luna we're almost there, just hang on a bit longer please.' I thought not realising that I had said that outloud. "Luna. What is she to you?" I look up at Officer Woodwork and slightly blush just realising that I said that outloud while he just smirks at me as of saying 'I heard that'. I look out the window. "She's my girlfriend." I said as I saw the car turn into a drive way of some creepy two-story house. "We're here." Woodwork says getting all serious and I nod as I unbuckled the seatbelt and got out of the car. I looked and saw the other officers getting out of the car and coming over to us. "Ready?" Woodwork asks everyone earning a nod from everyone in agreement. We all sneak towards the house and go to open the door but its locked. One of the officers pick the lock making the door open and we enter cautiously. I grab my gun that was in my pocket and get into a shooting position. I follow Woodwork as we carefully search the house being sure not to make loud noises. We walk through long hallways and suddenly hear strange noises. We walked closer so we were all surrounding the door, out of the line of vision when we open it. I put my ear close to the door and I hear a voice yelling. I look at everyone and they nod. An officer goes and kicks down the door and we rush in. Pointing our guns at the bastards. I look around and see the 5 little shits and I see Luna tied up to a chair with a blindfold covering her eyes and a gag on her mouth. I see one of the guys on her right has a whip in their hands. I look at Luna and see her wearing a sports bra and she still has her pants and as well as her shoes. I walk towards her and walk behind her. My eyes open wide with shock and rage. I saw that Luna had about 3-4 slashes from the wip on her back. I go and punch the guy who had the wip straight in the face causing him to fall back, knocking him unconscious. I face Luna and pull out a small pocket knife Woodwork gave me just in case and I cut the ropes that were around her wrists and legs. I took off the blindfold and gag carefully trying not to hurt her. I dropped the items on the floor when I see Luna's eyes start to slowly open. She blinks a few times and looks at me with her half-opened eyes looking at me tiredly. "S-Softy?"
