Chapter Four. (@Kevins_Whovian)

Alex’s P.O.V.

“Just keep walking and smiling.”

     Sienna tells us.

 “Oh my Jonas, they’re even more beautiful in person.”

     Holly gushes, Sienna elbows her in the stomach.

 "Shhh, they’ll hear you! We need to play this ‘cool’.”

     Sienna demands of Holly, I’m not sure why she even tried. We all know Holly can’t be quiet when it comes to Nick. But who can blame her? 

 “Guys, my hands are shaking really bad. I can’t believe we are walking towards… The boys whom shall not be named.”

     I whisper. Sienna tightens her grip on my arm.

 “It’s ok, I can’t breathe.”

     She admits and we all start busting out laughing. Before we knew it we were tripping over each other making complete fools of ourselves. We give up trying to stand up and let ourselves fall to the ground. All of a sudden I feel another body lying on the ground next to us. I sit up to see who it is and I almost choke on my spit as I swallow.

 “Sorry, did I ruin your fun? It looked like it was fun so I thought I would join in.”

     His voice sweet, sweeter than all of the videos we’d watch could capture. It was the sweet sound of Joe Jonas.

 “Joe, would you stop messing with these girls?”

     Nick says kicking Joe’s shoulder trying to make him stand up.

 “Gosh, it’s just like you to already be scaring off girls!”

     Kevin comments as he walks toward us. I think my heart stopped, I couldn’t breathe, I couldn’t think straight. All of the things I was going to say to them just vanished.

 “So are you fans of ours, or do you just live here?”

     Joe asks as he stands up. Nick reached out to Holly to help her up from the ground, Joe did the same for Sienna, and Kevin did the same for me. It’s as if they knew who is in love with them. We all reach of their warm hands fighting back the blushing and the giggles.

 “We just live here, Holly lives right next door to you guys now.”

     I blurt out as fast as I can. 

 “So what are your names? I’m Kevin, and these are my little brothers Joe and Nick.”

      As Kevin says their names the guys give us a little wave.

 “I’m Alexis, but you can just call me Alex. These are my two best friends Holly and Sienna.”

     I start talking so fast I’m worried they can’t understand a word I’m saying. But to my surprise they understood every last word.

 “Those are very pretty names for very pretty ladies.”

     Joe says moving his eyebrows up and down in a flirty manner. Sienna gives out the tiniest little giggle ever.

 “Alex, could we talk to you for a minute?”

     Holly asks with her voice cracking, from trying not to scream. Sienna and Holly grab my arms and pull me back away from the guys.

 “We’ll just be one second.”

    Sienna adds on right before she turns to me.

 “What are you doing telling them we’re not fans?”

     Holly asks crossing her arms over her chest.

“Ok, if we said ‘Oh my Jonas yes we are and we love you so much that we have to kiss a poster of you before we go to sleep every night’ that would’ve gotten us marked off as any other fan girls they've meet. Yes they do really care for their fans, but don’t y’all want to be more than that?”

     Sienna and Holly give each other looks as I tell them what my plan is. 

 “Plus, later on we could always be like ‘hey, you wanna know something… Yeah, truthfully I was always in love with The Jonas Brothers’ and then laugh about it with them. Sienna think of it as a prank so good not even Joe could come up with it, and Holly think of it as something we'd have to act out trying to see if the great actor Nick can spot a fake when he sees it.”

     Holly and Sienna press their lips together as they nod their heads in agreement.

 “Ladies, I hate to interrupt you. But we have some more boxes to unload.”

     Nick says taking a few steps towards us.

 “Oh, could we help you?”

     Sienna asks with a smile. Holly begins to hyperventilate.

 “Holly breathe.”

     Sienna and I both whisper as Nick tells us to come on.
