Max's pov

I looked out of my window, it is the only thing sir will allow you to do. Watching the cars zoom past:
A red one, A blue one, another red one, a big white car...why did it stop? I watched as two people came out of the two front doors and one came out of the back. They walked into the orphanage, at this point my face is pressed up against the window watching their every footstep towards the door. At first they're was nothing but then a loud bang filled the air. I jumped and started to shake what was that? I ran over to my bed and hid under it as more screaming and loud noises filled the air.

I stayed under the bed, crying and shaking. I could hear two voices, one was sir and the other was a voice that I never heard before. Next thing I know the door opened up as sir and someone else fell into the room punching each other, I let out a little yelp as they where screaming at each other. The man was kicked to the other side of the room, I saw this as an opportunity to get out of the room. I stood up and ran to the door, but as I did, someone grabbed me, lifted up into the air and something sharp and cold was pressed on my back. The thing that was poking me made me look at the other man he looked quite young but not as young as me.

"Alexander, put the kid down and give me the money, we both walk out of this alive" the man spoke as he aimed the gun at sir

"Jake I'm sorry, but I'm going to walk out with the money and with the kid" sir spoke to the man as he tightened his grip on me. The thing that he was poking me with was replaced with something that was warm and felt like a circle.

"Alexander that's a fucking gun" the man or Jake spoke as moved around a little.

"I know that, this is just to make sure that you don't do anything" sir spoke a hint of pride in his voice.

"shame that it had to come to this, Alexander really I didn't mea- Jacob know!" the man shouted.

A loud bang filled the air, as I started to fall backwards. As I stopped falling another loud bang filled the air. I screamed as a sharp pain started to fill my chest, I started to cry and scream.

" jävla tik" spoke another voice unlike sir's voice or the man's voice, this voice sounded weird, it had a weird accent.

I was picked up, and slowly carried out of the room.

"Shit that looks bad" the man with the accent said, looking at me concerned.

"I know we need to get him to Tom" the man who's name was jake said.

The pain was really bad know and it started to burn know...why is everything getting dark...

Time skip

I woke up, and looked around, four gray walls, a wooden floor with a blue carpet on floor and the bed the bed was comfortable like really comfortable. I tried to stand up but was stopped as a sharp pain filled my chest I let out a little yelp, as I did the door slowly opened and showed the man got in a fight with sir.

"good you're awake" he spoke, his voice was American like what mine is but his is deeper and more calm, it was soothing. As he spoke he moved closer, eventually he made it to the bed. I flinched as he touched my forehead.

"hay, hay, hay I'm not going to hurt you as that... Man did" he spoke, he seemed really mad when he started to talk about sir. He let out a sigh and smiled
