Chapter 3

Clarke's POV

After a hard day of training with Annabeth and Clarisse. It's time for a shower. I get undressed and hop into the shower instantly being hit with hot water which heals my aches and pains. After about a ten minute shower I hop out and put on a flannel, black jeans and my combat boots letting my hair fall down my shoulders. I walk out of the cabin and into the dining hall to find Lexa sitting alone again eyes glued to her book. I sit down at her table and she puts her book down.
"You came back." She says.
"I told you I would.'' I say.
"You look hot, I bet the boys are asking you out every second of the day.'' She says.
"And I'm declining since I have my eyes on someone else who might I add is way hotter and doesn't have a dick." I say and she looks at me wide eyed.
"Your gay?" She asks.
"Bisexual, but I prefer girls." I say and she nods.
"Well whoever the girl is must be lucky to have someone as hot as you thinking of them that way." Lexa says with a bit of a jealous tone in her voice.
"She doesn't know but I wish she did." I say and she nods her head.
"May I know your side of the story?" I ask and she takes a deep breath and nods.

Flashback-Lexa's POV

Costia and I are laying in the meadow, my arm around her waist and her on top of me. She looks at me with pure passion and love in her eyes. She leans in and connects our lips and I reciprocate right away. Kiss after kiss we finally break away and she lays on the ground.
"How did I ever get so lucky?" She asks.
"You mean how did I get so lucky, your the only person who talks to me baby. I don't know how I would live without you. I don't think I would be able to. It's been a year and I can't remember what my life was without you." I say and she tears up. She stands up but I'm on one knee.
"I know it may be a bit early but I can't imagine my life without you Costia. Will you marry me?" I ask and Costia looks at me.
"Lexa, baby-" Costia was cut off and drops to the floor. Blood starts to puddle around her. I turn her on her side and find a knife in her back. I pull it out.
"Lexa, I will marry you." Says Costia closing her eyes.
"Baby don't go to sleep, please don't go to sleep." I says crying.
"I love you and always will. May we meet again." She says and closes her eyes.
"Costia, baby can you hear me?" I ask and get no response. I hold Costia and cry.

"You killed my sister!!!" Shouts Octavia looking at me with the knife at my side.
"No I wouldn't, she's the love of my life, she was my fiancé." I say and Octavia runs away.

Clarke's POV

"Octavia never heard my side of the story and I lost the one person who I really depended on." Lexa says.
"I'm so so sorry." I say putting my hands on hers when a spark flows through my body. Lexa looks at me wide eyed.
"Did you feel that?" She asks and I nod.
"What does it mean?" I ask.
"Aphrodite made us soulmates." Lexa says and I nod.
"Clarke I'm so so-" I cut Lexa off by connecting our lips. I pull away.
"Don't be sorry, your the girl I'm talking about and I know we've only started talking today and it may seem like a bit of a rush but will you be my girlfriend?" I ask and she nods her head and reconnects our lips.

Clarke's POV

Lexa and I walk back to where the cabins are and we walk towards the Athena cabin.
Once we are outside Lexa stops.
"Do you want to come inside?" I ask and she looks confused.
"Isn't Percy going to be in there?" She asks.
"Annabeth and him aren't together anymore. There isn't anything to worry about." I say and she nods. We walk into the cabin to see Annabeth snuggling into Clarisse's side.
"Hey Clarke how are you feeling?" Asks Clarisse.
"Not to sore and very good." I say holding Lexa's hand pulling her into clarisse's vision.
"Lexa is it?" Annabeth asks and Lexa nods.
"Take care of my sister and if you break her heart both Clarisse and I will make it our mission to kill you." Annabeth says.
"I wouldn't dare hurt her." Lexa says and Annabeth nods.
"Have fun Clarke." Clarisse says and I roll my eyes.

Lexa and I walk up to my room and I shut my door. We lay on my bed and snuggle. Falling asleep in each others arms.
