Four

  "Ita-nii!" Aiko yells
The young neko runs up to her exhausted elder brother, and hugs his legs. Itachi smiles at her and picks her up, body straining from the previous mission.
  "How was the academy Ai?" he asks
  "It was cool...the other kids kept staring at me and calling me names.." Aiko whimpers
Itachi sighs, and sits down on a nearby bench, placing his sister down next to him.
  "Like what Ai?"
  "Cat freak..demon...monster..."
  "You know, you're none of those things, Ai. You're smart, strong, and kind. You're better than any other Uchiha here. You'll grow up to be a great kunoichi one day, and then they'll see they were wrong."
Aiko's ears perk up and her onyx eyes stare up at Itachi's, hope sparkling inside them.
  "You think so, Ita-nii?"
  "I know so, Ai.."
Aiko smiles and hugs her brother, her tail swaying in happiness. Itachi smiles and runs a hand through her hair, pondering about the future ahead of them.
~time skip~
  "Beat that Aiko!" Sasuke says proudly
His kunai had made it's mark, inches away from the center of the target. He was tied for top of the class with his twin, sparking a sibling rivalry between them. Stunned by his accuracy, Aiko nods and glares at her target. Ears folding back and tail thrashing in concentration, she focus' on the center of the piece of wood, grabbing two kunai. Then she throws them, both hitting their mark in the center. Sasuke stands surprised and Aiko mewls in happiness. Watching in a tree, Itachi smiles at his siblings, extremely proud of their accomplishments as ninja in training.
"Okay, I think that's enough for today. Let's pick up our kunai and head home." Itachi calls
"Not yet, nii-san!" They whine
Itachi chuckles, jumping down from his spot.
  "We'll come back tomorrow. Mom will be wanting us home soon." Itachi reasons
  "Okay.." The twins mumble
They all pack up their weapons and start walking back home.

On the way back to the compound, Itachi and Sasuke start a conversation. Mostly Sasuke asking Itachi how to do certain moves while throwing kunai. Bored, Aiko looks around before seeing a bright speck of light on a nearby tree. Instantly intrigued, she prowls towards it, careful to not make a sound. Once close enough, she jumps at it. Only for it to move away from her and further away from her brothers.
