3rd person POV
"Congratulations Mr. Uchiha, your wife gave birth to twins. A healthy baby boy and girl." A nurse says nervously
Fugaku raises his head from his hands and raises an eyebrow at the blond nurse.
"A boy AND girl?" He asks
"Yes, we didn't think your daughter would live due to the sealing of the cat demon, but she's alive and well." She answers
Itachi quietly rises from his seat and smiles at the news.
"Can we see my mom and siblings?" Itachi asks
The nurse nods and he runs to his mothers room. Once inside he sees his exhausted mother holding two bundles. Fugaku walks in a moment later and stares at the children. One has a small tuft of raven hair, pale skin, and cute round cheeks. The other has a head of raven hair, black kitty ears, fair skin, and a black kitty tail pokes out from the bottom of the blanket. Mikoto smiles at the two boys and softly gazes at the two newborns.
"Itachi, Fugaku, would you like to hold one if them?" Mikoto asks tiredly
Itachi nods and reaches out for the neko. Fugaku quickly takes the small boy from his mothers arms and Itachi carefully holds the neko in his arms.
"His name will be Sasuke." Dad states monotonously
"Can we name her Aiko?" I ask
"Of course honey, Aiko is a beautiful name." Mikoto answers
Itachi smiles happily and looks down at his baby sister.
