chappy 3: boring chapter.

Edited at 11 in the night when poor Narnia has a field trip tomorrow that she's leading and should be getting rest. But here she is. Sorry if it's bad, I'm tired, but at least I tried to edit.

I sighed, taking off my lab coat and hanging it by the door. Pinka told me to get in everyday clothes before we go out to Egypt. Goodbye labcoat, I will miss how important you made me look.
I walked to my room and grabbed a white shirt, jean shorts, and some flips flops.
I undressed, then hopped into the shower.

'I've always wanted to go to Egypt. But not with my mummy fear...'
I thought as I washed the shampoo out of my hair.
I got out, dried my hair, got dressed, packed a bag of spray bottles, bug repel, and ropes. Ecetera, you get the jist.
I went outside, put on my helmet on, strapped my bags on my motorcycle, and drove off.
I parked my motorcycle in the employee parking and went inside with my bags.
I slid the card in and entered, looked around and heard my name being called through the earphone. It's Pinka; oh, hello bosslady!

"Hello? Lar?"
"Yeah, it's me."
"Oh, I also forgot to tell you where your office is. Its right next to Len's. She will tell you when you guys are leaving."
"Okay, thanks Miss Pinka."
I walked to the office.
"Hey Lar!" I looked over, and saw Leonora, reading After Wars again.
"Hey Len!"
"So, you excited for your first assignment?"
"You bet I am!"
"By the way, we're gonna be on a private plane so we get there quicker."
"Really? Cool."
"Mmhmm.... Your desk looks lonely. Why not decorate it?"
"I don't have anything to decorate with."
"It's okay! We can get souvenirs from Egypt."
"EVERYONE WHO IS ATTENDING THE EGYPT EXCAVATION PLEASE MEET AT THE FRONT OF THE MUESEUM." I jumped at the sudden sound of the over head.
Len calmly put her bookmark in the book and put it in her bag as if this was an everyday thing to be yelled at through a loudspeaker by God knows who.
I grabbed my traveler's backpack and slipped the heavy thingy on.
"You know, your gunna meet Algo's grandma? She's like, so nice! She always brings cookies for us."
"She sounds like a sweet lady!"

We sat out front, waiting for the others.
We saw everyone in pairs; Armi-slash-Armin with Tod-slash-Toddlin and Benja with Slutface-slash-Fushia then Aglo with a old women.
I waved at everyone getting a equally cheerful response. But not from Slutface of course; she's on that damn phone.
"You must be larimar! Im Mrs. Lendome. But just call me Granny!"
I nodded and smiled at the old woman. Omigosh, she's adorable.
"Okay everyone! All aboard the jeep!"
we all hopped on, Len and I sharing the trunk.
We started moving and i just stared at the scenery, transfixted.
The wind flowing through my hair.. The fresh air.. I loved it.

Len and I spoke for a bit before we arrived at the airport. We all hopped off the jeep (me very reluctant) and went into the airport.
"We're here for the private plane."
"Names?"
"Dotty."
"Aglo!"
"Armin♡..."
"Ugh. Fushia."
"Leonora is the name."
"Benjamin here!"
"And Toddlin present."
"And I'm the great and powerful Larimar!"
The woman nodded and pointed to a door that said ' PRIVATE PLANES' in bold words.
When we went out, we saw a decent sized plane then went inside it.
Soon we were told to buckle our seats.
I was behind Fu shia.... Being nosy, I snuck a look at what she was looking at on the phone.
She was looking at a Wikipedia about dragons; Nothing important.
I sat back down, slouching.
I looked around the plane 'till we were lifted off the ground. I looked out the window, a wide smile on my face.

I then looked back at the seat, already feeling sick.
I looked over and saw Aglo. I smiled.
"Hey Aglo! How are you so far?"
"Bored. And sick..."
I nodded sympathetically and pulled out my phone.
I.opened up a random bingo game and i played for a long time util my battery was low.
I plugged in my portable charger and stared out the window.
I slowly started to fall asleep with the sun... into a deep sleep.

I woke up and it was 5 am; early.
I got up tripping over something then being caught by someone.
I followed the arm and saw.......THE BOOGYMAN!!
No it was just my lovely Len.
I stood up and dusted myself off.
I gave her an awkward smile and went  to the bathroom.
After using the bathroom I went back to my seat.
I sighed and looked out the window.
I saw cars driving.
I wonder... where their going this late? The hospital... Work... I felt a tap on my shoulder.
I turned around and was met with a jewfro friend.
I tilted my head.
"Hey Tod, where are your glasses?" "Right here. So you bored and lonely too?"
I nodded and looked out the window. He sighed.
"You.. Wanna play a game?"
"Sure! What game?"
"How about.. I spy?"
"Sure, you first."
"Um. Okay. Uhhh I spy with my brown eyes something... Bright."
"The sun."
"Nope."
"The city lights?"
"Nopety nope"
"Uhhhh, the statue of liberty's torch."
"nope. Give up?"
"Um, yeah."
"Your bright and perky ideas and personality." I chuckled as a small blush crept across my face.
"Okay, my turn. I spy with my one eye... Something green."
"Trees."
"Damnit." we started laughing.
"You thirst i brought beer and water."
"Water please. We're high up and alcohol hits you harder the higher you are."
"Yeah, you're right. Water is fine for now."

We sat there and talked for a bit until everyone woke up, still half asleep.
I walked up to Benja and poored cold water on him.
He squealed like a pig being murdered.
I laugh so hard I fell and slid whenever the plane turned.
"You're an arsehole!!!" I laughed so hard until i couldn't breathe.
"That was great."
I wiped a tear from my eye.
"Well, thanks to you I'm gonna get hypothermia!"
I grabbed a blanket from his bag and gave it to him.
He smirked, still wet and pissed, and wrapped up with it.
I patted his shoulder and walked over to Len. She was reading again.
I snuck up behind her and scared her. "AH! What was that for!! You gave me a heart attack!"
I laughed.
" sorry Len." I walked off and sat down.
"Borded.." I stared out the window, slowly falling asleep.
The last thing I saw, was the sand under us...
