Ciel X Reader: Smile!

I woke up and slowly opened my eyes. After my eyes got adjusted to the light, I saw Ciel and Sebastain looking over me.

Ciel began to smile once he saw that I was waking up, and Sebastain passed him a look that seemed like he was making fun of him. I wondered why...

"H-huh? What's happening? Where am I?" I mumbled quietly.

"You're at the Phantomhive Manir, mi'lady Y/N~" Sebastain said politely.

"Hmm? I am?" I said, still dazed.

"Yes, Y/N, I-" Ciel began to say but was cut off by a loud explosion sounding sound downstairs.

"Oh, dear..." Sebastain muttered, "excuse me, I need to be going." Sebastain smiled and quickly walked out of the room, making sure to shut the door.

"S-sorry about that, I know you're probably a little confused still, but you should try to sit up and drink some water." Ciel blushed a bit.

I nodded in agreement, and he helped me sit up in the bed.

I realized I was in a creamy night gown, and my hair was wet like... Oh... OOOHHHHH... Someone bathed me.... Oooookkkayyy.... It's not that I didn't appreciate it, it's just that; its alittle embarrassing...

"Thank you... Umm... You wouldn't have been dressed up as a girl that night, would you?" I asked laughing abit at how foolish it sounded.

"Well, y-yes.... But I was undercover!" Ciel huffed a bit. "Do you remember anything else?"

"Not much, I remember being kidnapped by 3 men, and then waking up, and then you telling me it would be alright... That's about it...."

"Hmm... Well Sebastain came in and got us out, thankfully... I don't want to imagine what would've happened if he didn't..." Ciel said, handing me a glass of water then zoning out a bit.

"Hey, do you mind me just calling you Ciel?" I asked after I took a drink, to break the silence.

CIELS POV:

Ciel~ that's the first time she's said my name. I felt my heart flutter when she said it in such an airy tone. Ugh- I'm an idiot... I need to stop, falling for her... This is the first time we've actually even really talked.

"Oh yeah, just Ciel is fine." I said.

"Alright, Ciel!" She smiled to me, and I couldn't help but to smile a smidge back.

Sebastain was already beginning to make fun of me for smiling this much. I couldn't let him see me like this around her, then he'd know that... I may or may not have feelings for her...
