Maka's POV:
once we got home soul put on a movie and I was about to ask what it was but he threw the licorice at me and went to go get popcorn and drinks. He came back and sat next to me as the movie started. I was trying to stay awake but I was so tired I couldn't help myself from falling asleep with my head on his shoulder.
Soul's POV:
Mala had fallen asleep leaning on me and I couldn't help but stare at her. She looked so peaceful and I didn't want to wake her so I turned the movie off and went to sleep next to her. I didn't know what the feeling was but everytime I looked at her my heart skipped a beat. I slowly drifted to sleep with the picture of her behind my closed eyes.
Maka's POV: (next morning)
I woke up and saw that I wasn't in my bed and that soul was sleeping next to me. I quickly got up which caused him to wake l. "Morning Maka" he said. "Morning" I said blushing because I remembered I had fallen asleep on his shoulder. "We need to get ready for school go get your shower I'll make breakfast." I said and headed towards the kitchen. I started getting the ingreidents to make eggs and heard the shower turn on. Once I finished the eggs Soul came out and started eating sk I went to get my shower. I got out just in time for school and we both left...
Kid's POV:
I woke up to the sound of a fire alarm and was scared. "Liz, Patty where are thou where's the fire what happened" I burst into the kitchen and saw Liz and Patty pulling a burnt cake out of the oven. "What happened in here?" I asked " We were trying to make you a birthday cake because its your birthday which I guess you remembered since your in your birthday suit" I looked den to see what she lent and realized I was only in my boxers. I marched upstairs and got ready for school while making sure everything was symmetrical. "Lix, Patty we need to leave for school" I said to ewhich the sisters left the house with me. While we were walking patty asked me what I was gonna do for my birthday. "Why don't we all have a sleepover at home with our friends." "Sounds fun" Liz said..
Maka's POV:
The school day was mostly boring and I hatred to admit it but I was a bit happy it was over. Soul and I were leaving but someone called our names and as we turned around we saw kid running to us. He stopped infront of us and cought his breath. "Hi kid happy birthday!" I said."Hi since its my birthday I'm gonna have a sleep over at my house do you two want to come?" "Sure it sounds fun how about you Soul?" "Sure ill go are Black Star and Tsubaki coming too?" "Yea I just asked them and they said yes." "Should we bring a present?" I asked eventhough I already knew the answer. "No if you got me something it would most likely throw off the symmetry in my house." "Ok we'll see you there what time?" "How about in an hour?" "Ok we better go get ready bye." Soul and I got home and proceeded to get pajamas, sleeping bags, and other essentials. I got three books because I was sure I was gonna get bored.
