What Now? That's what Percy first thought when his cabin door was once again knocked upon.

Couldn't he have some peace and quiet at least? As another knock resounded on his door, Percy grumbled a 'No'.

He yanked open the door not caring that it was Juniper, along with Annabeth. Percy grunted and leaned against the doorway.

Wanting to know why they were here. "What do you want" Annabeth previous smile was wiped clean off of her face while Juniper sighed. Juniper knew about what today meant to Percy, courtesy of her big mouth of a boyfriend.

Grover was in so much trouble after this. "Percy, I know what today is. Grover accidentally told me when he saw it. So I wanted to say your welcome to the forest with us if you want to talk about it." Juniper offered gently.

Percy wasn't mad at all, in fact grateful for her hospitality. It'd been a while since he'd spent time with them both anyway.

Percy accepted with a subtle nod. Taking this as a yes, Juniper skipped off to do Zeus knows what. During this conversation, Annabeth stood there dumbfounded.

Was today a special occasion for Percy? Did she forget? All her questions were answered when Percy shifted nervously and excused himself back into his cabin. Annabeth was now sure that she'd forgotten something special today.

So now she was going to make it up to him. A surprise party should do the perfect job. So off Annabeth went, to plan a party for the oh so wrong occasion.

Time Skip

By the time that Annabeth made it to Piper's cabin, she'd made up the perfect plan.

Once Piper got word of her plan she immediately praised Annabeth for her genius.

Hubris taking over, Annabeth flaunted her genius maybe a little too much. But Piper turned the blind eye because she had a cake to make.

After everything was settled with Piper, Annabeth set out to spread the news of the Party. Happy that Percy would soon be enjoying himself.

Little did she know, she was about to upset her boyfriend and reveal a secret that had been kept for 14 years.

Percy was going back to his cabin from the forest, Juniper and Grover were very helpful to his dark mood. But that didn't stop him from being gloomy today.

Trying to avoid anyone and everyone at Camp as he walked, Percy tried to get to his Cabin he'd grown accustomed to, luck wasn't on his side. someone just had to show up.

"Hey Percy, are you happy about your surprise party? Not so much of a surprise now is it?" The camper now known as John said, thinking that he would ruin Annabeth's plan.

Percy stared in utter confusion. Why in Hades would they be throwing a party for him?

His eyes hardened at the thought of celebrating this day. "I'm not going" Percy growled menacingly before stalking off to his cabin.

John was shaken by his hostile demeanor, but brushed it off. He had to tell Annabeth that the person that was in honor of the event had refused to attend.

When he arrived, John was thoroughly surprised at how different the dining pavilion looked.

It had blue galore, and John had thought of it as beautiful and was now was reluctant to have it all go to waste.

He shook his head to get rid of his thoughts, and walked toward Annabeth.

"Hey Annie, I just wanted you to know that your party is ruined." John said, loud enough for everyone to hear.

"What do you mean?" Annabeth was skeptical of what John was doing. Didn't he want to celebrate with them?

Then she realized that he was that camper that was jealous of Percy. Upon realizing this, she rolled her eyes and told him "Your lying."

John was taken aback, but regained his proud stature just as quickly. He wouldn't let a false accusation put him down.

"Actually he told me that he wasn't coming." John stated, obviously forgetting that it was a surprise party.

Soon, John had bruises everywhere.

It was after all, his fault that be ruined the already failed surprise party.
