After what seemed like hours, we pulled into my driveway. Leaning my head against the headrest, I let out a long breath. Why on earth did I tell Louis to ride with me? What the hell was I thinking? I motioned for Louis to get out and he obeyed, gently closing my door behind him. Not long after, I grabbed my bag and retrieved my keys.

"Kinsley, what's for dinner?" One of the boys asked. "Dude! We literally just ate like ten minutes ago!" I said, exasperated. "That's Niall for ya, love." A deep voice whispered right behind me. I spun around quickly on my heels to be super close to a tall boy with curly brown hair. "Don't do that." I said in a high pitched voice. "Pfffttt, I have no clue as to what you are talking about." Harry says as he smiles and pushes past me. Well then. I walk into my large kitchen and opened the fridge. Uh-oh. "Umm, guys do you mind if we just order out? I kind of don't have any food and my mom is on a business trip." I said as I turned around and smiled guiltilly at them. "Sure, let's get Nando's!" Niall yelled.

The next thing I knew, Niall was running around my flat shirtless, screaming incoherent words. What even. "WOAAHHHH, MY TONGUE IS ON FIRE. I WANNA SAY ELLIOT. YES ED? NANDO'S I DESIRE. I WANT SOME FREE NANDO'S FRO-"
I quickly pulled my phone out of my pocket and looked at the text.
On my way home early, be sure the house is clean before I get there. -Mom "WHAAATTT. FUDGE NO THIS IS JUST NO OH MY GOODNESS BYE." I started freaking out. The house seriously was a mess, and I didn't even know what time she'd get here. I replied with a yes ma'am and quickly told the boys to call Nando's and order whatever. I lost my appetite, but I didn't tell them that. Why the hell is she doing this? I mean, I knew she owned the place, but why today? And why tell me about it? She usually stays away because she doesn't like me, but whatever.

"Do you want to tell me why you were screeching?" Liam asked me, crossing his arms over his chest. I looked down at the ground and thought about this. "So you know how my mom was so nice when we were little?" He nodded so I continued, "Well she's not so amazing anymore. She kind of doesn't like me." I mumbled the last part, halfway hoping he didn't hear it. Today was not my day, though. "I'm sorry, what?"

"I don't know why, but my mother doesn't like me anymore."

"Well that's stupid. Was it just out of the blue?" I nodded. I didn't really know what to tell him so I just walked away and sat on the couch. "Um, can you guys maybe settle down and clean up whatever you messed up? I need to clean real quick and your food should be here soon. You guys get to meet my mom." I say the last sentence with sarcasm laced into my tone. With the boys cleaning the living room, I clean the kitchen and let the boys get the food.
They all pile into the kitchen and start eating. "Please stay clean and don't act like freaks." Just as I finish my speech, i hear the front door open and my mothers heels click throughout the foyer.
