Trap hugged Golden back, tears in his eyes. Everything was coming back to him, and he was happier than he had ever been since he was in the attraction. Golden quickly let go of Trap and gently pressed his lips to his. Trap instantly returned the kiss. When Golden pulled away, Trap hugged him. The two held each other close for a few minutes.
Trap heard something in the vents, causing him to let go of Golden. He tilted his left ear toward the vent. Golden watched as Trap glanced at the clock. It was 1:00 AM, and apparently, one of the phantoms hadn't known that there was no more night guard. Trap quickly grabbed the tablet and sealed the vent off.
"Why'd you do that?" Golden asked.
"Because that's Mangle....and he doesn't care if your human or not, he'll tear you to shreds. And anyway...He hates me. I'm not sure why though." Trap explained and walked past Golden, toward the doorway. He walked out of the office, Golden following close behind. Trap suddenly stopped walking, his remaining ear perking up. His claws shot out as he heard a quiet sound, like a child. He looked down the hall beside them. The sound repeated and Trap teleported to the end of the hall.
"Uh...Trap?" Golden said quietly, not knowing where Trap had gone. Golden yelled for Trap again and waited a few seconds for a reply...Nothing. "Trap! Where are you?" Golden turned around and saw Springtrap behind him, causing him to jump.
"I'm right here!" The gold rabbit chimed and grinned.
"W-Where'd you go?"
"What do you mean...I've been here all along!"
"I...You started acting strangely....and then you disappeared."
"I'm not sure what you're talking about...but ok!" Trap smiled and teleported somewhere else. Gold stood there, puzzled and shocked that Trap had denied everything. He's not the same as before... Golden thought to himself. Golden looked around, then began walking down the hall, toward the Arcade Room. Something reached out of the dark for Golden. It grabbed Golden's arm and pulled him through the wall. Golden looked around, surprised that he, not only just materialized through a wall, but didn't notice whatever grabbed him. He was always so observant. Golden turned around and saw the puppet-like creature standing there. The puppet smiled at Golden.
"I never got to meet you. What's your name?" The puppet spoke.
"I-I...My name is Golden Freddy....or just Golden for short..." Golden replied.
"Well hello Golden," He held his hand out for Golden to shake. Golden did so, "My name is Marionette, or just Marion." Marion smiled as he spoke. He seemed like the only normal person here.
"H-hey, Marion...Can-can you tell me what happened to the Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria?" Golden let go of Marion's hand. He jumped when Marion shoved him against a wall.
"Don't. Ever. Say. That name. Again." Marion's eyes went black and his voice was glitchy. He stepped back from Golden and turned his back to him. "If you want any information on that place...go ask the leader himself." Marion growled and walked away.
"I....ok...Yeah! I'll go do that!" Golden said nervously, trying not to show his fear. He looked at the wall that he came in through. He quickly walked over and put his hand on the wall. His hand went through the wall, so he assumed the rest of him would. He stepped through the strange wall to find himself in a different part of the attraction. Golden looked around and saw a dark figure limping toward him. He couldn't help but stare at the limping figure. When the figure came into view, Golden instantly noticed that half of the creature's left leg was torn off. Other than that, Golden knew exactly who had walked up to him, even if the creature was burnt looking and falling apart.
