Stan's POV~
He ran away. I wasn't surprised, I mean he just found out his friend is gay for him. It hurt though. Him running away made my heart break into a thousand pieces. Anyway I need to carry on. Kyle wasn't the only person I asked to meet me. I now realise that all I want is Kyle and for him to want me. And to do that need to take care of something that's standing in the way of my happy ending with him.
I saw Wendy waiting at Starks Pond just like I asked. I was pretty nervous and I had butterflies in my stomach. My fingers twitched and my legs went numb as I walked over to her. We have been together since 4th grade; do I really want to do this? ...Yes, yes I do! I love Kyle and I need to be with him.
Stan: "Umm... Wendy."
Wendy: "Oh, hey Stan. What did you wanna talk about?"
Stan: "Oh umm. Well I think we should break up." I rubbed the back of my neck with my hand and but my head down, not wanting to look at her. I was preparing for her to shout but instead...
Wendy: "Oh........ Well, actually I was kinda thinking the same thing."
Stan: "What!"
Wendy: "I have for a while now.... I just thought we weren't connecting like we used to." She looked down but then back up again.
Stan: "Oh"
Wendy: "We can still be friends though. Right?"
Stan: "Uh yeah... thanks Wendy."
Wendy: "See you around Stan." She gave me a kiss on the cheek then ran off. I felt sad but not as much as I should .Okay... what next? I walked home on the white coated pavements as little crystal snowflakes landed on my nose. I got home and trudged up the stairs. I flopped on the bed, rolled over and got my phone out. I sighed and started to text Kyle.
To SBF Kyle: Hey dude. Can I ask something?
From SBF Kyle:.........
To SBF Kyle: Is that a yes or a no dude? Haha
From SBF Kyle:...........
To SBF Kyle: I know you don't want to hear this at the moment but, Token is havin' a party at his house this Friday. Annnndddd I was wondering if you... well... wanted to go with me?
From SBF Kyle: .....Five questions.....
To SBF Kyle: I'm all ears?
From SBF Kyle: Okay.... Why did you do that?
To SBF Kyle: Do what?
From SBF Kyle: Stan! You know what I'm talking about!
To SBF Kyle: Fine...well... I just wanted to I guess.
From SBF Kyle: What about Wendy?
To SBF Kyle: Oh..... I broke up with her.
From SBF Kyle: Oh..... Does this mean you're gay?
To SBF Kyle: Well I guess that makes me Bi.....
From SBF Kyle: ........Is it bad if........I started to like the.......kiss
To SBF Kyle: No it's great if you started to like it! ^o^
From SBF Kyle: ..............Last question then. What time?
To SBF Kyle: Time for what??
From SBF Kyle: What time are you picking me up for the party?
To SBF Kyle: WOW REALLY?...... Bout 7:00 then!!!!
From SBF Kyle: "Okay I'll see then. Oh by the way we are just going as friends for now..."
To SBF Kyle: That's good enough for me!!!
From SBF Kyle: I'll see you tomorrow Stan.
