"(Y/N), please. I'm so sorry. I love you." I delete the twentieth message now. She's sent all those in one day. I don't even want to hear it anymore.

"(Y/N), can I ask you something?" Lauren says. She's sitting on my couch and no ones here except us. Dinah's at work and Brandon, Cara, and Ally are out picking out baby stuff.

"Sure, ask away." I say and sit down with her.

"Do you still have feelings for Cami?" She says and fiddles with her hair. I sigh.

"No, I don't think so. I mean, I'm more upset at the fact that she cheated on me then our actual breakup." I say. Lauren smiles.

"Why do you ask?" I ask. She looks down and shrugs.

"Just asking. You wanna know something?" I laugh.

"What?"

"I wouldn't have fucked up the way Cami did. I would've made sure you were happy, and very pleased. I would've never cheated on you." She says and bites her lips. I smile.

"I know. That's why I think you'd be the perfect girlfriend for anyone out there." I say. Lauren smiles.

"But I wanna be your girlfriend." Her words shock me. It actually kind of scares me. This is somewhat like what happened with both Camila and I.

"Wait, what?" I say, trying to process.

"Okay, here it goes. I like you (Y/N). I like you a lot. I've liked you since you and Camila got together. Probably before that but I didn't notice until you guys announced it." She looks down, seeming scared for what I'm about to say.

"I like you too." I find myself saying and Lauren looks up. Her eyes are filled with hope and love. What is up with me?

"Really?" She says with a big smile.

"Yes really." I laugh a little. Lauren giggles and I catch her blushing. She looks up at me and breathes in really deep.

"(Y/N), will you be my girlfriend?"

You'll be surprised what happened next.
