Author's Note:  Hello lovely people! Busy with life and school, I lost motivation to write and decided I'd start during the holidays. The holidays are not here yet, but till then, here's a Zayn x Grace one shot that I hope you'll enjoy!

This isn't entirely related to the actual story, it's just a bonus that can be skipped while reading the main story.

"So you're saying," Grace repeated slowly, "That I'm going to be alone in this house? For two entire weeks?"

She could hear her mother give out a soft chuckle from the other end of the phone, "Yes, that's what I said. Although..no secret parties, Grace."

Grace smiled to herself, "Like I'd ever do that."

"Hmm, I'll hold you to that. Let's hope you're not being sarcastic like you always are-"

"Mom!"

"Any way, your dad and I are going out right now. I have to go dear, take care!"

"Yeah, okay. Take care, good night." Grace mumbled as she cut the call and gave out a huge sigh, rolling over so that her eyes stared up blankly at the ceiling.

Slowly putting her hand over her stomach, she could feel the faint throb start to rise. "Shit.." She murmured, knowing it's her stupid cramps again.

"Right before I was about to sleep, perfect timing." She gave out a loud sarcastic comment, but grew silent when it hit her.
Tampons.
She was out of tampons.

"You have got to be kidding me." She spoke through gritted teeth as she swiftly got up in one go and faced the clock. 11 pm.

She bit her lip, she couldn't go tomorrow, she had plans right in the morning. And it's not like she was going to go anywhere without buying them first so that people can spot blood over her clothes. No way.

Finally getting herself into a nice pair of comfortable jeans and a jacket that's zipped all the way up, she set her mind to go out that minute for the sake of her own dignity.

Paying back the change to the man on the cash register, she quickly grabbed her bag and walked out of the shop. She  let out a shaky breathe, realizing how chilly it's getting as the night was passing by.

Just as Grace started going on her way back home, she could feel a deep stare boring holes into her back. Her mind at confusion, she turned around only to find a guy leaning against a car that was parked just a few feet away from her.

She could feel his eyes right on her, watching her every move, her every step. She quickly looked ahead of her, unoticibly changing her pace. She just wasn't imagining that, she knew she wasn't being paranoid for no reason. It was literally just her and him right there.
She almost felt her heart stop when she heard foot steps behind her. Deep, quick footsteps. Exactly like how a man would walk. This can NOT be happening right now, Grace thought as she pulled her phone out of her jacket and pressed on the first number on her speed dial.

"Hello?" He heard the male speak, his strong accent standing out very deep, as if he just woke up.

"I, uh.." Grace spoke quietly, trying to keep her voice steady, "Zayn I need your help. I think..I think I'm being followed."

"Where are you right now?" His voice turned more serious as she quickly replied the address before cutting the call.

Letting out the breathe she realized she'd been holding in, she kept on walking until it started to rain.
