As Joanne slid into a nice little sleeping bag, given to her by Drew, she realized how tired she really was. She fell asleep and had the strangest dream.
When she fell asleep, she was transported into a world where her clothes were long, golden robes, and she had kind of an airy, happy aura.
"Hello, daughter." Said a man.
"Huh? Who said that?" Joanne looked around, but all she saw was the color yellow.
"It is me. Sir Danns, or your father, in better words."
"What the heck, where am I?" Asked Joanne.
"Calm down, Joanne." Said Sir Danns.
"How do you know my name?" Asked Joanne.
"Because, I am your father." Said Sir Danns.
"Prove it." Said Joanne. A piece of molasses landed in her hand.
"Your birth certificate." Said Sir Danns. It had Joanne's name. Joanne mother's name. Joanne's birth date. The slot that had been open in Joanne's normal birth certificate had Tommy Danns on it. Joanne looked up, as if she could see her father through all of the solid color.
"If I'm truly your daughter, tell me something only my father would know." Said Joanne.
"When you were young," said Sir Danns. "You used to make all your food into animals from The Jungle Book." Joanne opened her mouth wide.
"Now do you believe me?" Asked Sir Danns.
"Yeah!" Said Joanne.
"Now, it is morning." Said Sir Danns. Joanne nodded, and then she woke up.
