Fitzsimmons Fluff

3x18 an AU

Warning SPOILERS if you have yet to see episode 18 of season 3.

Fits and Simmons woke up the next morning, in the hotel room bed, to Mack clearing his throat. Jemma shrieks and pulls the covers tightly around her, while Fitz puts his arms protectively in front of her. "Hey guys, so you wanna talk about this?" Mack asked raising his eyebrows. Fitz shook his head no, and Jemma quietly asked, "Can you please keep this to yourself?". Mack nods, "but you will at some point have to tell Coulson about your change in y'alls relationship.". Both Jemma and Fitz nod. "Oh and just a heads up Coulson has a few bugs hidden in the room. Only audio, thankfully not a bug with a camera." Fitz blushes fiercely. Jemma's eyes go wide, "Mack please tell me you're joking." She says as her face reddens. Mack laughs, "Yeah, lucky for you two I took the bugs out before I left.". FitzSimmons let out a sigh of relief together, and smile. Mack nods and heads for the door, "I'll wait for y'all outside.". Then Mack walks out of the room. "So I guess now we've passed the point of no return." Fitz states. Jemma nods with a smile, " We've now crossed the event horizon." They smile at each other.

A little while later, after they've gotten out of bed, dressed, and are getting ready to leave the room there is a knock on the door. Fitz looks to Jemma and she shrugs. Fitz crosses to the door and opens it to find a smiling Lance Hunter. Fitz smiles, "Hey, come in, come in." He motions and Hunter walks in. Fitz and Hunter hug. "It's great to see you, but why are you here?" Fitz asked. Hunter smiles idiotically, "I got here as fast as I could. You two final did it, didn't you?" Jemma blushes, though no where near as fiercely as Fitz. "I new it, I could sense it. I told Bob and she didn't believe me." Hunter says with a stupid grin on his face. "What do you mean you could sense it?" Jemma asked kinda freaked out. Hunter shrugs, "I just knew" He laughs and smiles at Fitz, "Way to go mate" Fitz smiles. "Well I'll go finish packing" Jemma says ducking out of the room. As Jemma exits the room Hunter exclaims, "Fitz you absolute beauty, I'm so proud of you.". Fitz blushes, "Seriously though Hunter how did you know, cause it may get a bit awkward if you show up again.". Hunter smiles, "Don't worry mate I won't, honestly I could get in a lot of trouble for being here, but I just had to come congratulate you two. I'm so happy you two final got together." Fitz nods, "it's been ten years. Though back then we were 16 and achingly shy. Now she has no chill." Hunter laughs, "Well it was great to see you, but I should be going.". They hug, then Hunter walks over to the door and calls, "Bye Jemma! Bobbi said Hi and she misses you!" Jemma walks back into the room, "tell her the same for me" Hunter nods, "got it. Bye" Hunter walks out.
Jemma walks over to Fitz and takes his hand, smiling at him.
