So this will contain spoilers if you haven't seen the first couple episodes of season 5. Specifically episodes 1 through 6. So you've been warned.
Season 5 hasn't been my favorite, now don't let that make you think it isn't good it's just well FitzSimmons.
Of course, I have been very upset with it because I love Fitz so much. So the first couple episodes weren't very easy to watch because they split up FitzSimmons Again!!! Like seriously?! It has honestly gotten to the point where I knew Fitz was the one left behind. Oh well, I watched though, and I waited, ever so patiently I waited. Okay not so patiently, I wasn't patient.
I impatiently waited for Fitz to return, and finally, finally, his time came.
But before that, aside from terribly missing Fitz it has been pretty entertaining. It's very good, I was a bit skeptical about them being in space and knowing that meant adding new characters but I am enjoying meeting new people. They've pretty easily worked their way into that cast. It is fun.
Okay, so those first few episodes were good but back to what I was talking about before.
A WHOLE EPISODE DEVOTED TO FITZ!!(5X05) Literally, the only way it could have been better was if it was a whole FitzSimmons episode (Though I'm still holding out hope for that!{I mean aren't we all?}) With special guest Lance Hunter I knew it had to be a good one. And I believe I was right. I really enjoyed the episode. It would have been really cool to get to see Bobby again but they made a good call with just Hunter. The Bromance was such a fun break from all the serious space stuff. A nice break even from the more intense scenes.

I mean yes some of this episode was tense, but come on "Release the ferrets" I don't know about you but that made me laugh. And then as sad as I was to part with Lance Hunter I could not have been happier to have Fitz in space, not just in space but in the future, with the one, the only, his soulmate Jemma Simmons.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH OHMYGOODNESS!!!! JUST INTERNALLY SCREAMING SO I DON'T ANNOY MY FAMILY.
FITZ PROPOSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If only there was someone out there who loved you. (Everyone loves Fitz, except maybe the Universe) JK If only she could hear you. It killed me she couldn't hear him. {You know I can't help but wonder what that scene was like to film, Elizabeth having to pretend like she couldn't hear him}
But they are FitzSimmoms and there is a will so there's a way.
And with Fitz finally realizing that the Universe and it's Curse does not matter.
I would just like to take a moment to appreciate this character growth, sure he still kinda thinks there is a curse, but now he knows it doesn't matter
I love how Jemma asked him to marry her. {Insert heart eye emoji here}
They are getting married. FitzSimmons is getting married. Yay! Yay! Yay!

And you know its cool that the gang is basically all together now (I am looking at you May) Though I am sure they'll get back with her soon enough.
