My name is Meghan O'Neil. I have long brown hair, and emerald green eyes.

I'm obsessed with tv shows, eating, and taking pictures. Well, not pictures of myself that much though.

I continue twirling my ring around my finger, it's a bad habit I possess. I've had this ring for as long as I can remember. I never take it off. Ever. I don't know why that is, it just feels right.

Stretching my arms out, I realize I have been outside for a couple of hours. I guess I should go inside now, before mom yells at me again.

I get up from the porch and walk inside the house. My mothers humming greets my ears, she only hums when she cooks.

  "Hey mom, making dinner?"

She sticks her tongue out at me, "Just because I'm cooking doesn't mean it's for you."

  "Then who is it for?"

She grinned at me, "For a old friend of mine, I haven't seen her in about eight years."

Uh oh. She's wearing a secret-mom-smile. That means she's hiding something. I'm not going to even ask this time.

"Do you know what we're having for dinner?"

My mom rolls her eyes at me, "Jeez. I can't do everything. Besides, it's your turn to pick what we eat for dinner."

Oops. I knew that. I can be very forgetful at times... All the time.

"Hmm... How about we go out to eat? How about Flynn's Diner? The chicken strips are calling my name. Especially with those fries."

My mom just nodded her head, "That sounds good. Before we go over there did you want to go on a walk with James?"

James is my little brother, he loves going on walks. He's six years old and loves going to places. He has short brown hair and brown eyes.

"Definitely. We can always meet you there. James! Do you want to go on a walk?"

I hear a small squeal then the tapping of him running towards me. He shoots me a big smile, then runs to the door.

"Meghan, are you ready? Let's go!"

I pay my back pocket to double check if I have my phone, once I feel the rectangular device.

"See you in a bit mom!"

Before I could say farewell to my mom, James was already pulling me through the door.

"So where are we going to walk today?"

James pondered on this question, "Oh! Let's go to your favorite park! We went to my favorite a couple of days ago. Then next time it will be my turn."

For a six year old, he is very clever. Well he's almost seven. His birthday is April 6.

"Definitely. Are you going to play at the park?"

His eyes light up as soon as I mention the word play, "Yes! I haven't played in that park in a looooong time."

A couple of minutes later we arrive at the park. The park contains a swing set, a small play toy, a treehouse, and a single slide.
