Just Friends?

Chapter 2~ A skating day

*Mirya Pov*
After school, Luke, Jesse, Vanessa and I decided to go to Ohio skate. I went home and freshened up. I changed into (in media) this.

*Jesse POV*
Since I'm the oldest with a drivers license, I did all the driving to and fro. We reached Ohio skate and I parked. We paid our own ways and got our shoes.
She caught my eye. A short, caramel  skinned hot brunette girl. I put my skates on and skated to her. "Hey ma what you doing around here?" I ask. "Hi." She blushed. "My name is Jesse Scott what's your name?" I ask. "Amanda Owen" she said. "That's a cute name, you from around here?"
"Yeah" she smiled. "Okay I'll see you around" I say biting my lip. "Okay see ya Jess"

*Amanda POV*
Damn, this girl is flirty and I didn't want to turn her down. "Well this is my brother Luke and his girl Vanessa" she introduces. "Nice to meet you" they say. "Hi I'm Amanda" I wave to them. We all skate in the rink and talk.
"What school you go to?" Luke asks. "Scott" I tell him. "Aye Scott the shit" Jesse says. We laugh for a bit and skate some more.

The next day...

*Daniel Pov*
Mom was at work so I had to make the breakfast today. I made some maple and brown sugar oatmeal and toast. Jesse came downstairs fully dressed. "Morning lil sis" I say waving at her. "Hey Daniel" she says. She sniffs the room. "Damn Daniel, back at it again with the home style cooking!" She cracks. We laughed a bit. Then Luke came downstairs fixing his pants.
"Hey Luke" I smile. "Sup?" He said. We all fix our plates and grab some juice.
"So I have some news" Luke says. "What is it?" Jesse asks. "Nessa and I applied for prom queen and king" he announces. "Aww y'all goals" Jesse says. We laugh for a minute. "I have something to tell you guys" she says. "What is it, sis?" I ask her.

*Jesse POV*
I take a deep breath. "Luke...Daniel I'm a lesbian" I confess. It was silent for a couple minutes. Then, the front door rattled and fiddled. Mom had walked in. "We talk about this in the car" Luke mumbles. "Hi my babies" mom says dropping her bag to give us hugs. "Hi mom" I smile. "Hey hon, how did you sleep?" She asks. "Good... well we better go before we be late" I tell her grabbing my bookbag. "Okay then bye" she waves. "Bye mom love you" we all said walking out the door.
Phew. That was over. "Now Jess, this thing about you being a lesbian?" Daniel asks. "Yeah?" I answer. "Did you tell mom or dad yet?" Luke asks. "No, I mean should I?" I ask. "Uhh hell ya" they said in unison. "Well its too hard, I tried time after time but I got scared at the last minute" I tell them. We reached the school and we silenced. I was becoming more of my inner self slowly. Then, I saw Mirya at my locker smiling. Something hit me. She was sexy. Her powerful stance and her rosy cheeks and perfect arranged smile. I know that she wouldn't like me that way. Why did this come across me?
I walked up to her. "Hey" I smile. "Hey" she said biting her lip. "How was your day?" I ask. "Good, yours?" She asks. "Good... I told Luke and Daniel" I tell her. "And....what did they say?" "They were pretty shocked but they want me to tell my parents" I told her. "Well did you?" "No I try to but its hard" I say grabbing my books out my locker and slamming it shut. "You'll come pass it, I know you will" she smiles. We hug and walk to first hour.

*Mirya POV*
I'm so proud of Jesse. She's really being strong and so brave. I hope she tells her parents soon and after she does she will be free like a bird 🐦🐦
