chapter 32;where are you now that i need you

(abi pov)

i woke up strapped down to a bed, as i yell for help i hear muffled voices shouting at each other. as i look away trying to look for an escape i see jai staring at me, i look down, seeing my naked body exposed to whoever has been in here.

"YOU ARE SICK" i spat at jai.

"arent you wondering where luke is?" jai said smirking.

"WHERE IS HE" i yell

"my men have took care of that thing that is my brother" jai said through gritted teeth as he rubs my forehead a man  runs through the door saying "hes gone, we killed him!" this man screams

"abi? abi wake up!" luke says shaking my hands

it was a dream thank goodness.

"you were screaming my name in your sleep what is it!! also have you seen jai?" luke says hugging me

"i had a dream where i woke up strapped to a bed and jai and his men were killing you and.."

"shit" luke says looking down.

"what?" i question

"hes in your head, and hes trying to kill you" luke says cupping his eyes.

"but but how?" i say

"he puts depressing thoughts into your brain and it makes you want to kill yourself, he killed my friend sammy wilkinson by convincing him to cut deep. two weeks later i was sitting at his funeral" luke said holding a million tears back.

"but i cant let it get to me because then he wins" luke angrily shouts. "but why would he want to kill me?" i say stroking lukes hair, luke looked up and i was shocked to be staring into jais eyes which were quickly turning black.

"i want to kill you because you are just in the way of me killing luke" jai said as i backed away. "don't go sweetheart this will only hurt for a minute" jai said slipping a kitchen knife out of his bag.

"please jai i know you aren't like this!" i shout as i stroke biancas cold face.

"ohhh i am, you have no idea" jai said running his fingers along his weapon, "LUKE! LUKE!! COME HERE LUKE WHERE ARE YOU!!" i scream but no reply.

i peep out my window and see blue and red flashing lights.

jai grunts and disappears as we hear a knock on the front door.

"its the police open up" i ran down the stairs as fast as i could "JAI BROOKS HAVE YOU HEARD OF JAI BR-"

"calm down hun, what about jai brooks" one police officer said

"the mental patient that escaped from the la mental hospital 3 years ago? another one said

i feel a cold hand on my shoulder and i hear a voice behind me "oh hello i was just making my girlfriend some pancakes" jai said lying "what n-" i try to say but I physically couldn't open my mouth.

he has got control of me now? nuh uh

"theres nothing wrong, she just burnt herself on the pan its okay m'aam" jai said to the suspicious police officer.

"we came to say that luke brooks is missing do you know him?"
