JADE'S POV
i open my closet to spot a black top with white designs. Great ! i can wear that for my date with Drew. It just needs my black shrug and a pair of blue jeans. I got dressed up and sprayed my favorite perfume: Blueberry Belle. I combed my brown hair and just let it free without any accessories. Finishing touch : My Light brown lip gloss. Perfect !
I glanced at Angelica and she looked really worried. "Whats wrong Angel ?" I asked I wouldnt be suprised if she said nothing. That is the most common answer ! "Nothing im fine " She shrugged. See ? Just as i expected. "Sweets i know when you are fine or Not fine." Just then drew texted me. "HEY IAM DOWN." I felt my heartbeat's rate increasing. Why am i so in love with him ? This is just our first date.
"Listen, Drew is down and i have to go. But when i come back you MUST tell me or else !" I mock threatened. "ok i promise." She smiled. "But please do me a favour" She called. "yeah sure" I answered. Iam always there to help her. "Please try not to lose your virginty tonight" She winked. "Angel !" I punched her lightly. She laughed and i went down to my date. My hot date.
I saw him there leaning on his bike, dressed in a black leather jacket, a white shirt and dark jeans. He smiled at me as soon as he saw me. "Hey. You look realy great " He smiled at me. "Thanks ! and you are pretty good youself " I replied. "Hop on iam taking you to my favorite bar." He smiled "Oh you mean a bike ride ! Awesome !" I hopped on and He started the engine.
I held his shoulders and i slowly put my right hand on his right bicep. All i can say is wow ! It is rock hard ! We Finally reached the bar. As i tried to get down my heel kind of got stuck. "Damn it !" I growled. "Woah dont hurt yourself" He said and parked the bike in such a way that it was leaning on a lamp post.
He got down and picked me up. "You are light as a toothpick !" He laughed. Then he removed my shoe and gave it to me. "Thanks drew, next time i'll remember to wear converse." He laughed. He held out his elbow. I placed my tiny arm into his strong arms. We walked in the bar. He asked me what i wanted. "This may be hard to believe but i dont drink. Sorry" I apologised. Should have told him that earlier.
"Its alright" He ordered a diet coke for me and we talked and got to know each other. Drew lives alone and he is actually an engineer. Yes i know very hard to believe. I like that he is very hardworking but at the same time a free spirit. I told him a bit about my difficult childhood.
I immediately looked down. I felt my nose burn slightly and my eyes well up. My mom and Jonathan did so much for me. But iam still a failure. I have to give them a better future. I dont care if it leads to fame and losing my privacy. I needed the money just for them. I wanted them to have a comfortable life. They deserve it so much.
Just then i felt a hand gently placed over mine. "Iam sorry Jade. You dont have to tell me if it hurts you." He said in a very soothing voice. That is what i like the best about him. He's got a deep sexy voice. I look up feeling so dumb. I brush my tear away. "Thanks Drew. You're the best."
We sat in silence for a while. He finally spoke. "I know a place that can cheer you up" He smiled . We left the bar and went to a house which had a party and was in full swing. "Whose house is this ?" i ask "One of my old friends' house."
He led me upstairs and we waited there with other people. Most were couples. Some were making out and some just stared at the sky. "What is it ?" I ask. "Just look up." He smiled. Suddenly i could see people bursting fireworks. All were different colors. They were just beautiful. Seeing the sparks in the sky realy brightened my mood up. It was as if the fireworks were telling me "Its alright. You can do it." I glanced at Drew. He was staring at the lights and i noticed he was holding my hips. He were standing so close to each other.
It ended and Drew took me back home. "Thanks drew." I smiled. "Thanks for everything. you realy cheered me up" I thanked. he got down from his bike. "Hey iam realy sorry about what happened in the bar." He said "Drew c'mon ! its okay ! you realy gave me the best evening ever !! How can i ever repay you for what you did." I smiled at him
Hey gave me those badboy eyes which made my heart skip a beat. "if its okay with you," He started and paused. "Drew what is it ?" I pleaded. "A kiss'
I looked at him with huge excitement in my eyes. But i have to play it cool. "Fine. a kiss." I replied. I slowly came closer and closer to him till i felt his soft lips. I gave a peck but he didnt pull away. He held my hips and gave a big smooch !
Gosh ! i that moment i think i died and went to heaven. The most perfect kiss ever. It's like he took kissing lessons ! and he is the pro !! His lips were gently moving with mine. I couldnt help but knot my hands in his messy dark hair which pulled us closer.
He is definitley a professional in kissing ! Especially they way he moved his hand. First they were holding my hips. Then they slowly caressed my back giving me goosebumps. I swear my heart was beating so fast that it probably was difficult to count my pulse !
Finally he pulled away and cupped my cheek. "i'll call you." He smiled. i stood there breathless. God definitely did a good job in creating this man ! I went up to our appartment and saw that the time was 1:30 and Angelica was already asleep. i quickly changed and slept. What a perfect night !
